The host was very friendly and resolve any request we have quickly. Great atmosphere, very well equipped kitcnen and bathrooms. Great heating in the winter, it is floor heating and you dont need slippers, wich is great if you have kids.

Very nice villa brand new and quite comfy. Beautiful yard and has everything you need.

Spacious and comfortable, big yard, located in a secured complex. The host was communicative and assisted with our questions. Looks exactly as in the pictures.

Great vacation house furnished with style. The terrace is amazing with a wonderful view. We were able to enjoy the calmness of the surrounding environment every night we were staying there.

In one word, WOW! It was the best hosting experience I've had. The communication with the host was great. She constantly checked in on us to make sure nothing was missing. The house was spotless and tidy, filled with everything we needed as a family. The house is rather new, so everything was perfect, beds were comfortable, air fans in every room, a large TV with PS5 and games, two electric scooters, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. Location was great, just 10-15 min drive from bansko and rezlog.

The hosts met us and explained all the details about the property. The location is excellent, only 50 meters from the center of town. Plenty of parking behind the gate. Exceptional back yard to hang out with friends and family.

Everything was just perfect, clean and cozy! Definetelly will return! Cheers!

We absolutely loved the chalet! We were a very international group of eight — 2 from the UK, 2 Bulgarians, 3 Americans, and 1 from Czechia — and every single one of us had an amazing experience. The host was truly wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. She even surprised our friend with a thoughtful birthday gift — sparkling rosé and chocolates — which meant so much to all of us. It was such a kind and personal touch. The chalet was beautifully maintained, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better, and every detail throughout the home was carefully thought out and spot on. Thank you for such a memorable stay. We’re already hoping to come back and see you again soon!

The location is perfect - very close to the city center , the gondola lift and the road to the mountain. At the same time it is on a quiet street. The house is very convenient for a family or a company of people. It is equipped with all facilities to prepare food, as well as washing machine and a dishwasher. Very polite and responsive owner.

Everything was better than we had imagined, and I must mention that Franko was exceptionally supportive whenever we needed him, no matter how small the issue was. Thank you, Franko, and of course we will definitely come again!
