You have the whole house to yourself and it has ample space. It was also only a few blocks from the town center of Frutillar and about like 5 minutes from the touristy parts. There is a kayak that you can use for free, seems great for the summer! The beds were very comfy and were great for keeping warm during the night. There is hot water and the shower was perfect, equipped with both soap and shampoo. I didn’t use it, but there is a TV with things like Netflix and YouTube. There also is a furnace that has a fire-starter and wood that was readily available in the back of the house (also an axe where you can cut it yourself). This might annoy some, but when it’s raining you can hear the rain very clearly, though I personally loved it, it was very relaxing. Communication with the host was 10/10 as well.
