- swimming pool nice and OK water temperature - ping pong and mini golf - spacious apartment, lots of space in the cabinets - rather friendly staff

The whole experience of renting this property was flawless. The complex has all necessary amenities - groceries, restaurants, beach club... The apartment is spotless, and has all necessary utilities. It is well distributed. The host was so welcoming and provided us with all the necessary information. There are two swimming pools where even in December it is great for sunbathing. The water in the pool was great for the kids to swim. Christmas cake was a great personal touch. The location of the apartment in the complex is good, the terrace is great with just the right furniture and space. Bottom line, that is a great accommodation and the service, provided by the host is at a very high level. We had three accommodations in Tenerife during our stay and this, by far, was the best in terms of location, amenities, cleanliness, comfort and host hospitality. Definitely will book again if we come to Tenerife again.

The apartment was well-equipped, located in a peaceful and quiet area with plenty of parking, and it’s an ideal location if you have a car. The host was available for any information we needed, and check-in was very easy at the reception of the complex.

Size is good, nice to have table tennis , could do more downstairs for kids. Home cinema was not working so well, the sound needs improvements , better to have just normal big TV in that room. Pool and outside area is very nice. Thanks

Nice swimming pool; good terrace; host friendliness; good location

Excellent location in a small village ~ 20 mins from the southern airport. Reserved underground parking. Excellent pizzeria / breakfast joint across the street and a very nice little grocery store also across the street (the freshly baked bread was so delicious.) Easy walk to restaurants and easy access to the highway. The apartment was very comfortable and nicely fitted out. The pool was lovely. Two bathrooms, one en suite.

So spacious 2 separate bedrooms, i think sofa is a sofa bed. Mattress in the single bed is a bit collapsed but double bed and other single comfortable. Kitchen equipped so well! 2 bathrooms!! Luxury Apartment is exactly like on the photos Quiet area although I dont like in any of Spanish properties- you can hear neighbours but Balandros was quiet. Large terrace. Easy to get the key from the locker Fantastic gardens, pool not heated. Supermarket across the road, restaurants the same. 7 min walk to the stony beach with little sand. So many towels provided, cushions, blankets. I'll be back!!!!

Quiet and peaceful location. Easy to get to the tourist area by car. Perfect place for relaxing.

Great location, nice accommodations with private underground parking, responsive staff, and great value for the money.
