Villas in Tinajo

It's a really great villa. I had a lovely welcome from Montse, who provided some excellent local wine, cheese, and biscuits, plus some water. The villa itself was clean, spacious, with some magnificent views both out to the coast and the surrounding hills. It's at the end of a small road, so it's so quiet and peaceful. Although I didn't have the best weather for the week, as I think there was the worst storm to hit the Canaries in 13 years while I was there, I did get to use the pool a couple of times and it was great. There was also a great selection of basics there for cooking (Oil, salt etc) if you were catering for yourself. It is a short walk into Tinajo, and there's a very well-stocked and very reasonably priced supermarket nearby. Plus a few restaurants. I was primarily there on a hiking holiday, and it is superbly located for the Timanfaya National Park and the rugged but spectacular northern coast. So lots of great hikes a short car drive away, or even a decent walk away if you are up for it. Plus, you can get to the resorts in southern Lanzarote in about 25 minutes if you need to. You could probably get by without a car if you don't mind walking a bit, but it did come in handy.

Great apartment in a lovely setting

I really liked the rural location, the wonderful host and the unique loft.

Location in little town. Felt like a home away from home. Accessible and helpful host - even helped us find some baby food 🥰

Location. Small village with untouristy vibe. Central island so not long to get to any sights. Prívate outdoor courtyard bbq and eating areas. Excellent shower. Comfortable beds. Good wifi. *This property is w/c accessible!

The house was lovely and homely. Had everything we needed for an amazing week. The hosts are so lovely and Kind. They even gave a welcome gift of goodies which was much appreciated on arrival.
