Villas in Agios Nikolaos

Exceptional suite, wonderful views, impeccable hospitality, very clean rooms. They go above and beyond to cater to your needs. The suite has plenty of opportunities to either catch some sun, or cool off in the shade or in the pool. After waking up, just open the curtains and enjoy the summer sun rising above the sea.

The location, the pool, the facilities were all fab, the host, Maria was very helpful, it was nice having a bottle of wine, water, treats and fruit left in the villa on arrival. Would also recommend visiting the owners restaurant in Agios Nikoloas, Mandrakia Tavern, they are very nice

This is an excellent luxury villa complex. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The property is relatively new and there are a few small details here and there being worked out, but our host was extremely supportive and responsive, answering any need at any time. The pool and view are amazing and we enjoyed every minute. The bed is super comfortable. It is a bit of an "open" floor plan, so keep that in mind with the absence of doors and a general sense of the environment. Kitchen was well appointed and the outdoor lounge furniture was the best we have experienced. They really paid attention to the details here and we will gladly be back. Highly recommended.

Loved being in the north and walkable to great restaurants. The pool was amazing, hosts were incredibly responsive with any issues, outdoor dining was nice, rooms were clean and comfortable, AC was great. House is right on the main road but still quiet and private

Traditional stone cottage that has a lot of character

The house has such a wonderful vibe. The hosts, Katerina and Spyros, are incredible, and I love their philosophy of preparing the place and welcoming guests as if we were friends dropping by for a visit. The kitchen cupboards and fridge were stocked with everyday essentials, and even the bathroom had those little things you often forget when you’re away from home. Such a thoughtful touch. The cats, Coco and Lappo, were a highlight for us, especially for my husband, who adores cats. The garden is beautiful and so inviting. Everything felt perfect, and I’d come back in a heartbeat. A special moment: I admired an item in the house and asked Katerina where I could buy one. Instead of just telling me, she gifted it to me on the spot. Truly amazing hosts, it felt like visiting friends. I hope every traveler recognizes the value of that kind of generosity. It makes all the difference when you’re far from home.

Verdante Villa was simply spectacular. The views are mesmerizing and will leave a long lasting impression. From sunrise to sunset you are enchanted with the surroundings. The villa itself is luxurious. Fully equipped with high end home appliances and spotless. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. But what made this place stand out for us was our host George. We were greeted at the villa at late hours after 30 hours travelling with a platter of chocolate chip cookies, baked by George himself. He also went out if his way and was able to get us a ferry tickets to a destination that does not have schedule posted on the Ferryhopper through a local travel agency. This is going to save us a lot of unnecessary travelling through other ports before we reach our next destination. He also made dinner reservation for us at the nearby Old Windmill Restaurant so that we could enjoy the local cuisine with spectacular sunset views. That is why Verdante Villas is going to leave a long lasting memory for us.

Absolutely everything was perfect! Unbeatable views, very clean & comfortable, everything was high quality, and it is evident Marios really cares about his guests enjoying their stay. We were greeted with food and water in the fridge (important since you can't drink tap water on most Greek islands including Zakynthos), and it was enough for our 3 day/4 night stay. Lovely soaps and shampoo provided. Air conditioning works great, and the pool stayed cool & refreshing despite the sun beating down on it all day. Marios is also a very talented artist, and I enjoyed seeing some of his works. He provided fresh towels at one point and offered to change the sheets and provide some cleaning, but we declined all but the towels and trash service since we were OK with the rest. The house is in the quieter and less crowded area of the island, which was perfect for us, although you can sometimes hear roosters and music from the nearby bar when outside. I highly recommend taking a nearby boat tour of Shipwreck Cove and the Blue Caves. We also really enjoyed Alykes Beach, which is not too far. I could go on and on about how much we loved our stay. We are already talking about when we can return and hoping this house will be available!

The outside of the property and the pool area were amazing. Agios Nikolaos is a great spot despite being far from the Chora.
