Villas in Naxos Chora

Villa Margarita was very nice and comfortable for my family. The location was great and close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is one of the most beautiful places where i've stayed. The attention to the details and care of the hosts took this to a different level. The hous is amazing and beautiful. The pool is great, the Spice, the beds, the jacuzzi. I hope I have the chance to come back one day.

The property was beautiful, clean, and right next to the airport for easy location. But mostly we loved the host, Maria. She was attentive and so extremely nice.

The villa itself and the furnishings were new and as pictured. It was a very lively villa. It is a close walk to the beach and a lovely restaurant on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and has a Nespresso machine but no pods and no where to get any.

Fantastic! The location is right near the waterfront, close to the ferries and buses, and has everything you could ask for to make your stay enjoyable. Dimitris is a wonderful host and makes you feel at home.

We loved everything about this place. The location was great and the hosts were very attentive.

Exceptionally clean and well stocked. The location was perfect! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The roof top terrace was the perfect place to end our day, sipping wine and watching the beautiful sunsets.

I booked this property because I needed somewhere I could do a little work. It did well for me as it has a good internet connection, and a full dining room table where I could spread out some paperwork, my laptop, a mouse, and a beverage. The living room area has a sofa and tv which was nice. I also appreciated having a kitchen and washing machine to use. The property itself is very old in an interesting way. It was sort of like staying at one’s grandparents or great grandparents home with antique furniture and art work.

Location on a quite area, perfect located not to far from the port, very clean house and super nice and helpful host. Perfect for families.

The balcony and views were better than expected. The balcony is huge and the view from the rooftop can't be beat. The location is perfect! Nice short walk to the port with it's clean, beautiful waterfront restaurants and shops. There is a fantastic walkable beach in the opposite direction. If you want to explore the other beaches you can grab the bus at the port for only $3. We had nice communication with our host and we fell in love with her Thea in the apartment below us. Naxos is absolutely perfect! I hope they never allow cruise ships to stop there. It's a clean beautiful island! We will be back!

The location of these beautiful suites nestled midmountain overlooking the Aegean Sea is magical. The combination of stone walls and modern interior is a nod to Greece’s past and its eye on present sensibilities. Surrounded by greenery , spring flowers, walking trails, supports this vision. The generous and kind support of the host family during an illness we endured while on site was excptional. In our sixty years of travel we have not experienced a more caring staff.

The property location was just perfect, right in-front of the sea. Super clean, all amenities needed was there, 3 min walk to city center (chora). Supermarket right infront of the property and an amazing restaurant beside the house. The owner (elie) baked us a very nice cheesecake and made sure that everything is ok and checked if we needed anything. Couldn’t ask for more.

Our villa was fantastic - lots of room for our family of 5 to enjoy and not feel cramped. Our kids loved the private pool and splashed around several times each day. The view can not be beat, and we enjoyed the sunset on our balcony most evenings. The beds and pillows are amazingly comfortable, and the cleaning crew is superb. We had a wonderful visit and would not hesitate to stay here again on a future trip.

This place was incredible l. I cannot recommend it enough! The staff, the hospitality everything was 10/10. For the record, I rarely leave reviews, good or bad, but this place was so exceptional I felt the need to. All the positive reviews of this place are spot on. The owners have a restaurant by the port that I also recommend which was delicious. They even gave me a free glass of wine and dessert while dining there.

It was indeed very peaceful and lovely! The host was nice and I had an amazing time. There is a big supermarket close by. It is a bit far from the center but it’s much quieter. Would definitely stay again!

We, a group of 3 friends in our 40s-50s stayed 4 days at the Cozy Comfy Town House. I rarely mark a 10, but it was perfect. The very best part is the owner Nadia, caring and responsive from start to end. Going extra miles! Like some other reviewers also experienced, she offered us very early checking because previous client had already left. This was beyond generous. Plenty of amenities, anything we can wish for, and additional welcome snacks! The decoration is very nice too, high quality flooring. And all is super clean. The location is ideal. Few steps to Chora sea front and to the ferry quay. The house is near a restaurant but we did not have problem as it closes early. The house is well isolated for sounds anyway. Maybe people with light sleep going early to bed might hear some noises, but in our opinion not more than any location in heart of the city. The bike rental ship was only briefly noisy in the mid morning and late afternoon, which was not a problem. The terrasse is huge and gorgeous. Perfect for lounging. The photos reflect exactly what to expect. This was one of our main selling point, and we were not disappointed. It has already been mentioned in other reviews, the last series of steps to reach the rooftop are steep. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. We have been renting a lot of apartments or houses in Greece over the years (esp Athens, Paros, Naxos, Mani and Santorini). Always with good experiences. This one is our best so far. Top tier! My friends and I know that this review might lower our chances to get it available again next time we come to Naxos, due to popularity. It was such a pleasure to stay in Naxos at Opuntia Suites. Our host Alexandros was exceptional. We stayed two nights during the middle of October with my extended family of 8, the apartments were immaculate, the fridge was stocked with snacks and beverages (including beer and wine) and a lovely basket of fresh fruit was also there for us. He offered everything from helping us with our bags to advising us where we could get atv rentals. We found him to be an incredibly genuine and good person and he made us feel very welcome to not only the home but to the beautiful island of Naxos.
