Villas in Cavtat

The location of Villa La Perla was perfect, and the property was just amazing. We had a larger group of family traveling and we had more than enough space with bathrooms for each bedroom, which was much appreciated. There are 5 bedrooms in the main house and a full apartment with a bedroom and bathroom and kitchen in on the first floor (with a separate entrance). This was perfect for our family! Anita was the most gracious and kind host. She was incredibly responsive to every need we had and made excellent recommendations for things to do and see. We loved staying in Cavtat. It was far enough away from the hustle of Dubrovnik but close enough where we could go in any time we wanted either by bus, water taxi or Uber. I would highly recommend staying at Villa La Perla if you are going to the Dubrovnik area.

Amazing location we could walk everywhere. Some people of a certain age might struggle with the steps up and down into town. It wasn’t a problem for our family.

Loved everything, especially the location. Just step out the door and there are coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream and incredible views of the harbor. So much to see including beautiful yachts and boats.

Beautiful stone house, modern interior house with three floors, well equipped with everything you need from washing machine to hairdryer with a lovey view from the bedrooms right in the center of the beautiful old town. Very close to all restaurants, bars and the boats.

Very friendly host, clean tidy accomodation, with everything you could need. Even arranged pick-up from airport for us. Very close to town, beach and restaurants. Ample room for two.

We've stayed in many apartments in Europe and this was one of our (if not the) best ones! The unit was incredibly spacious, 3 full bathrooms!! (Which is really helpful for a family of 6), beautiful amenities, beds and couches were comfortable, loved the outdoor balcony and gorgeous views, and the hosts were responsive and organized (sent a weblink with ALL the units information and local recommendations - extremely easy to navigate). I also really appreciated the electric blinds for every window. As a mom, I never sleep well, but the blinds were like black out curtains and the beds and comforter so comfy, I slept like a baby! There were also family games and puzzles and we ended our long sightseeing days with a Netflix movie each night. Their TV was also impressive! We were so pleased, they thought of everything and more. 5 min walk to "downtown" where there's a bus stop, small convenience store, restaurants, playground and a beautiful walking path around the peninsula! About 30 min drive to Dubrovnik.

We have just had an amazing holiday at Villa Tea. Our children absolutely loved the swimming pool and we loved the outside kitchen area for cooking and have a few glasses of wine each evening - they've thought of everything out there, even a dishwasher! Our son really enjoyed the Playstation cave and gym. Inside everywhere was super clean and had air-conditioning which gave some welcome relief from the hot temperatures. The jewel of this Villa is its host Jurica and his family. We've travelled extensively and have never had a more attentive, thoughtful or friendly host. Jurica welcomed us at the villa and showed us where everything was and gave us tips on where to visit, he checked in with us via whatsapp throughout the holiday to see if there was anything we needed and came to say goodbye when we were leaving. His Aunt came very early every morning to see to the pool and would leave fresh tomatoes, figs etc. His wife had made citronella spray to help keep the mosquitoes away and they'd also included lots more thoughtful touches to help make our stay enjoyable. The villa is ideally situated, just a 10 minute drive to the airport and Cavtat, a really easy 25 minute drive to Dubrovnik old town and a 5 minute drive go Beach Zal & it's aquapark which was a favorite with our children. Would throughly recommend a stay at Villa Tea!

Location; cleanliness; level of appliances; excellent property for families; outstanding views and wonderful pool. Responsiveness of owners excellent.

The apartment is nicely set up and in a nice location, with caveats. The garden area with the whirlpool is quite nice, with caveats, but during the day it was too hot to enjoy. Cavtat is our favorite city to fly into with easy access to Dubrovnik, by boat, and Komarna countryside.
