Very accommodatin with the request. Villa was already prepared and the whole villa was still quite new and clean. Spacious villa and appealing clean pool. Villa also has big car parking. Location is good, close to find local food.

Price, lobby, room view is amazing and honeymooners setup was so good too!

The staff was very helpful. They are ready all the time when we you them and always smiling face. The villa is the same with photos don't hesitate. Restaurant menu was good and tasty. In addition, the villa has own water fountain for clean hot/cold water. The environment was quiet and colorful by nature.

The villa is new, clean, aesthetic, and also spacious. Located near a ricefield, so you'll get that "zen" ambient. I love the ambient so much. The food was great, there's also a restaurant in front of the villa that got a lots of food choices.

I loved how attentive the stuff was and that they always took my concerns seriously. The Villa is beautifully designed and has a spacious living room that's protected from the rain but still somewhat outside. The setup was very friendly for remote work. I would love to stay there again. I also loved the proximity of a scooter ride to Pepito supermarket and Titi Batu Wellness club, while being away from key traffic bottlenecks of Ubud.

Surrounded by lively traditional locals - One of my purpose of travel is experiencing the local, so it's ideal! Host: The parents of the host are super friendly. They took very good care of me. I definitely will come back shall I return to Bali. Room & Facility: The room is very clean, and facility is practical and function well. Location: Walking distance to local market and street food. Also I was looking for a place situated the center of south part of Bali for access to Singapadu, Denpasar, and Klungkung, so the location meets my needs. Quiet: It's surprisingly quiet behind the busy street. Music: If you are interested in the Balinese music, you might be lucky enough to observe the local gamelan practice! At first I thought the photos looked too good to be true but the Villa did exceed every expectation I had from the hospitality to comfy beds and pillows. It’s sad that we only stayed for 2 nights but I’ll definitely come back to it again. It’s a family owned villa with the family being at the reception area to make sure they shower you with love and care. It was built with lots of love and attention to detail. It felt like they studied all the AIRBNB/BOOKING market and have analyzed each mistake and perfected it in their way. Their service was extremely quick and efficient. They care a lot about what you have to say because they want to make sure the guests leave with a smile on their faces. The decor and the finishing felt top notch like I was in a luxury hotel but in a form of a private villa with a private pool. The water is very clean and they constantly have the motors running that cleans up the water but you could ask them to turn it off at night before sleeping to have a quiet goodnights sleep. The villa also has a retractable TV with all the streaming services that you can log in and watch. We also did the floating breakfast that only costed us 450,000 IDR, they bring it in to the room and felt like a 5 star service. The mini coffee shop at the reception area was an extreme plus since they had some pastries in the morning and a booklet menu in the room that you could check out. In addition to the ICE, YES THE ICE. It’s Aqua Drinking water and not tap water so no doubt feel free to drink their ice cold drinks with no hesitation. Their food was also great and clean with no signs of any issues. They also have their own scooters that they rent out to their guests for 150K/night. They welcomed us with a nice orangy lemon drink that hit right at the throat and the bed had swan shaped towels that were carefully crated to feel welcomed.

Great location at the border of denpasar, with rice field view. It was super calm and the family owning the place is really kind and helpful. I will be back

It was good overall only the prayer in the morning was so loud and was impossible to sleep after 6 am because it was more than 10 minutes long.
