Ivyvilla is a Wonderful place for a recharge and if you want to spend some time by yourself or with your loved ones. Lovely place.. all the facilities , the lawn, the bedroom, the swimming pool everything is so well maintained, credit goes to prem the caretaker for such good maintenance.everything about this place is subtle and soothing from the sound of the waves and minimal interiors all around, on the whole the place is a perfect escape from the urban jungle and highly recommended instead of going for some resort.

Private pool was very good and rooms were luxurious and comfortable, overall enjoyed the stay a lot

This is best place to hangout with friends with private swimming pool... No disturbance from anyone....

Mr Gautham was available all times and polite in his answers. As an owner, he justified the cost, but 5500 per day is not at all worth. For the next Saturday and Sunday, the price shows 7000 for 4 adults and 2 children, so his wife's justification also proves wrong. She says that because we are booking in Mahabalipuram, the cost is high. Whereas it is not like that, I do not understand whether the price shown was the owner's mistake or booking.com's mistake. Paradise homestay must improve a lot if they charge 5500 per day. Luckily, there was a kitchen by which I can cook some lentils and rice for dinner or we have to travel to bring dinner or lunch. Mineral water was provided.

The host Guatham was very welcoming and took care of us so well from start to end..the location is close to prime locations and are in a walking distance.

To be steps away from the Bay of Bengal is fantastic and lovely. The small fishing village and neighbors were welcoming and friendly. To watch the boats go out to fish every clear morning was great.
