The customer service was top-notch, Not only did she provide excellent service, but she also took the time to explain the process in detail. Her commitment to ensuring I was satisfied throughout the process was remarkable ,I'll definitely be returning! I booked a stay just to clear my head and I tell you this was the perfect spot, the environment is just so quiet and calming, I didn't miss my work days because it has a fully equipped gym, my evenings were spent by the pool that's family friendly and the security guards are so polite, I think everyone should make Roses Cove, Serene & tranquil, a slice of peace their next visit, I promise you wont regret it.

The Villa felt just like home. We stayed there with a total of three adults and five children. There was more than enough room to accommodate our family, and everyone felt comfortable and right at home. The place was very clean and well kept. We were able to cook breakfast and have tea in the mornings, and have dinner as a family around the table. I was even able to do a load of laundry for the kids to travel back with clean clothes. The gated community added an extra layer of security, even though the villa was located in a safe, tourist area. I’ve been traveling to Jamaica since I was a child and this is the first time in a long time that I’ve felt this comfortable being away without missing home. This will definitely be my go-to spot when staying in Ocho Rios again.
