Great location 1 block from american village border. Lots of restaurants in area. Private pool. Really a beautiful little 3 bedroom home rental with a great hostess (manager)

Sammy is an excellent host. Apart from providing a well-equipped accommodation that looks, and is as good as the pictures you see, he goes the extra mile that shows the meticulous and caring person that he is. Examples: -He offered to pick us up at the airport (even without us asking) -He gave numerous suggestions on activities and restaurants -He comes regularly to check on us and to make sure everything is ok And the shining moment was when we were caught by and our departure was delayed during the Typhoon Jangmi. Sammy ensured that we were safe in Salty House and offered to bring us food when we were confined. He helped to call the car rental to make the necessary changes. He even came in the middle of the storm to check that everything was fine. We are very pleased with our choice of Salty House and highly recommend it.

The property was great for our family

We liked the location, close to sunset beach and American village. We liked that a convenience store was near. We liked there was 2 bathrooms.

Check-in was easy and convenient, location was great, close to a lot of restaurants and activities.

We had a get together with some friends, and the space was perfect and comfortable. Plenty of beds and comfortable futons for sleeping. The location is convenient with some parking nearby for others.

Clean, well laid out room with washing machine and dryer, kitchen and looking room area! Close to American Village, the Seawall and walkable to grocery and restaurants but in a quiet area.

The owner was really nice and she came to the property to explain about the rules and stuff. The place had everything we need and the atmosphere was perfect like our home.

The place was easy to find and checking in was quick and easy with the clear instructions we received. This place is in a very quiet neighborhood with only a couple military jets flying over only at middle of day; close to sea wall, beaches and American village. Place was very clean, had comfortable furniture, everything we needed plus a complimentary pocket Wi-Fi (huge benefit!), free parking for 2-3 cars, all rooms were air conditioned when needed and even laundry machines. Host communication was often and clear. Will definitely stay here again.
