The location in caucel was amazing. Gated community, far away from the hustle and bustle of Merida, and people tend to leave you alone there. Had the house to myself the whole time which I needed for R&R and to take it easy. Home is spacious and you have your private front and back yard. I like privacy and to be left alone at times.

We liked the beds and the apt. We were very comfortable there and were very grateful for the use of the washer and dryer. We also appreciated the water the host left for us, and the host's flexibility in allowing us to come a day early. We also were very grateful for some very kind neighbors.

We loved the walkability to the zoo, local parks, and Centro. The villa has ample indoor space, laundry facilities, a picturesque covered outdoor patio, and a private pool with colour-changing lights. We have had rental properties in many countries, and this villa is by far my favorite. Cool vibes, well-stocked, great location, and a super responsive owner if you have any questions. We rebooked the villa for the final part of our trip so we could go back and enjoy the wonderful Casa Cambas one more time!

It was large, big enough for my family of 6, beautiful, and comfortable. The management was friendly and very helpful. It was clean and felt very safe.

We came for my daughter to take exams at Anáhuac, so the location was PERFECT for us. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and beautiful, and the suite was located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was spacious- especially the shower! Everything was comfortable and clean, just how I like it. Angie was a tentative host, very helpful with services like Uber and Rappi. We will definitely stay here again when we need to go to the university. :)

The location was incredible! A very short walk to the (always empty!) beach, a reasonable walk to town (or moto-taxis were easy to catch), and the house & pool were amazing. Drinking water was provided, which was a great touch. The host was very helpful with local recommendations too!
