Everything. The place is exactly as shown. It is beautiful community with quiet neighborhood. The house is modern stylish and elegant. It has parking outside the house. The society is gated and secured. Perfect for a holiday home. It has air conditioning in all rooms. The washrooms were clean with basic toiletries. There was a small garden attached to living room and the society even had an amazing swimming pool. The kitchen had a lot of utensils and basic cooking items as well. Great for a group stay of 6 or family outing. It is far from the hustle and bustle of crowded city and really peaceful. The house had good vibes, can book for long term or short term stay. Will definitely visit if I am in Puerto Vallarta.

We travelled as a family of six. All of us having our own bedrooms and bathrooms was wonderful. We loved the third floor terrace but really spent the majority of our family time on the first floor terrace and used the sitting pool there frequently. The place was very clean with a well stocked (equipment-wise) kitchen - we like to cook many of our own meals. Thanks to Guy (the owner) and Fidel (the in-town property manager) who were easy to contact and generous with their time. We really appreciated being met by the property manager on the first day for a tour though the house.

The lady that cleans welcomed us and was super nice, helpful and hospitable. We reserved the top room and loved the view and facilities! The walk up the stairs is worth it. This place is located to several yummy local restaurants and beach for sunset. 10/10
