Our contact was quick to respond but his helpers were not as fast. The owner gave us an 18L bottle of potable water at no charge. For our 10-day stay, he was willing to give a change of linen and towels. He gave us clothes hangers when we asked for them. When we contacted him about the ants on one of the beds, his maintenance guy came and sprayed the entire house along the corners, baseboards and the bases of the two beds. The owner provided a cutting board when we asked for one. We liked how quickly we could access the main highway. The split air conditioning was very helpful and useful but the remote control for the eating area and kitchen had a broken display so we had to use the remote controls from the bedrooms. The owner recommended some sites for us to visit and was helpful in telling us where to find groceries and DIY potable water.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the pleasure of staying at Casa Mia in Chubxchulub from November 14–16, and it was nothing short of perfect. The house is beautifully maintained, blending comfort with the charm of the Yucatán coast. Every detail—from the spotless rooms to the thoughtful amenities—made me feel at home. The location is ideal: steps from the beach, with breathtaking sunsets and the soothing sound of the waves. It’s peaceful yet close enough to enjoy local dining and culture. The hosts were attentive, warm, and professional, ensuring everything was seamless throughout my stay. Casa Mia is more than a place to sleep—it’s an experience of tranquility, beauty, and genuine hospitality. I left feeling refreshed and grateful, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable escape by the sea.

We came for my daughter to take exams at Anáhuac, so the location was PERFECT for us. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and beautiful, and the suite was located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was spacious- especially the shower! Everything was comfortable and clean, just how I like it. Angie was a tentative host, very helpful with services like Uber and Rappi. We will definitely stay here again when we need to go to the university. :)

This was a luxury rental with great value. The convenience of being so close to the beach was wonderful and the pool area is beautiful. The unit is very clean, comfortable and the rooms are large and very well equipped. The host was very friendly and helpful in giving us recommendations and suggestions. We did an amazing day trip, fishing in morning, explored ruins and cenotes. It was one of our best stays!
