Villas in Predeal

Everything was clean, the living rooms and the bedrooms are big, the heating worked just fine. Well equipped kitchen and barbecue.

Great place to stay. Nice location, close to the slopes (5 min by car ) and center. It has 4 levels - first one has a bedroom and a bathroom, second one has living , kitchen , bathroom and a bedroom close to the living . Third floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and so does the fourth floor. The heating and the water was great. Big courtyard for the kids to play. And what I enjoyed the most was the dishwasher .

The location of the property is very close (walking distance) to the restaurants and the shops in Predeal. Another benefit of the location is its proximity to Brasov city. You are basically half an hour of downtown Brasov. For us this was great since we went to the city's Blues and Jazz Festival and visited the local museums and the historical buildings. If you are in a shopping mood, the ride by car to one of the biggest malls in Brasov takes you about the same time. Just to emphasize even more the position advantage, we took day trips to Sighisoara, Fagaras, Viscri, Harman, Feldioara and Prejmer to visit the fortified churches and the fortresses from the middle ages and, of course, the property of King Charles the 3rd of the UK (in Viscri). Now, the hosts are admirable. They are always available through both texting and phone and they answer immediately to any question you might have. We stayed for two weeks and they were ready to send the cleaning team to change the towels, the beddings and clean the house. We did not need them but the offer was appreciated. They also wanted to send someone to take the garbage bins out for us. Again we dealt with that ourselves. In sum, they are more than willing to pamper your stay if you are really in a lazy disposition and your ecological conscience is at sleep. Now, the property is absolutely gorgeous. The bedrooms are exceedingly spacious and the living room as well. The kitchen has all the appliances one needs. Outside there is a large backyard with a gazebo, where you could relax and enjoy the panorama of the mountains. We thoroughly took advantage of that. There is also a covered parking spot which, if you travel during the winter, that might be of great advantage. We highly recommend this property and, if we will have the chance again, we will definitely stay there.

The house was perfect for 3 families. It was very nice and clean! Spacious rooms with own bathroom at 1st and 2nd floor. Nice living room at ground floor. The host was very helpful and kind. It is close to restaurants and has a beautiful view of the mountains and forest. We found there some toys for the kids
