comfortable room and unbeatable location

Excellent property for a big family vacation. Location was just off the main street (5-6mins walk) but you won’t hear a sound from the hustle & bustle of Bangkok at all…just peace & quiet. Building is in good condition, facilities are all in good working condition, the lift/elevator is in good working condition, kitchen utensils are practically new (some are still in their shop wrappings) & most important of all, the place is clean.

The rooms are as described in the pictures, quite comfortable. Nice cool AC in each bedroom (though not in the hallways so it may be a bit hot there). Very nice and responsive host, she went out of her way in the middle of the night to check on us when one of the bedrooms was locked accidentally.

House is right by a very busy street market with a variety of great low cost food (so don't even need to go to far for meals)

The place is very well equipped, to the smallest details, the host brought us food and drinks during our stay and was incredibly thoughtful, friendly and welcoming. The apartment is great, super clean and comfortable, and we liked the neighborhood.

The location was great as it is walking distance to the BTA and a quiet street, the bedrooms were nicely decorated. The hosts were responsive when contacted.

The house is beautiful, very clean and spotless, and located in a great area. The host is thoughtful and takes really good care of the place. Everything was well prepared and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
