Wonderful property, great indoor and outdoor space. We really enjoyed the grill and fire pit and TV and game rooms. They left a welcome gift and lots of details about the local area in the welcome binder.

Great location for visiting finger Lakes area and Watkins Glen Falls! Quiet and agricultural with several wineries nearby. The facility had several nice gadgets and electronic amenities. I appreciated the touch of pottery mugs from which to choose.

Amazing and charming. Beautifully house, in the fields. Big and full of light, two floors. An hour drive from all activities around finger lakes and 10 min. Drive from the shopping center of Geneva. All facilities needed for a family: lots of games and balls, endless outside area. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, two bathrooms, and lots of small benefits provided (extra toothbrush and toothpaste, snacks for the kids).
