The location cleanliness, quiet the closeness to the beach. Just an overall very nice relaxing oasis.

Great view; location was great.

No breakfast. My problem is that I am a 77 yr old with chronic pain. Would not have booked this condo had I known there are 2 full flights of stairs to get up to the condo. I might have been OK with one flight, but 2 was extremely painful. On top of that was the long boardwalk to get to the beach. Hence I spent most of my time in the screened in balcony which was delightful!!

having a kitchen, having space away from the road to sit, free beach chairs and bikes, having a mini-split for heat as there were a couple chilly nights, only a 6 min walk to the beach I like being in a smaller, quieter ground floor dwelling without crowds and bells and whistles of a resort. I had a couple issues but they quickly fixed my problems.

Good family environment; kitchen was adequately equipped, pool was nice. Boardwalk to beach, AMAZING shells! Not super crowded in this area, which was nice. One downside—you need to bring lots of greasy bug repellent for the no see ums. Circumstantially I think they can be better or worse depending on the season/month. Start out expecting them, and you’ll be fine. I think the price was a bit steep given the basic accommodation, but everything accounted for, we greatly enjoyed ourselves! Plan for bugs, and maybe you will be pleasantly surprised (apparently since hurricane Ian the bugs have been especially bad on Sanibel). The unit was nicely clean, but there were signs everywhere touting that it is a pet friendly resort, so I could see how you may get a unit with a bunch of pet hair from a previous occupant. There IS an on site office for property management, which was great in case of needs, although we didn’t end up needing anything. The rental agreement that you sign before arrival clearly states that you are responsible for your own trash bags, toilet paper, etc (plan on stopping by Jerry’s market) but the ‘starter packs’ left in the unit were surprisingly generously stocked. We appreciated the washer/dryer and the A/C units worked very well. Knowing everything that we now know, I would highly recommend, just come with Bug Spray and use it from the first day on…if this place is available for your dates BOOK IT!!!!!! 😍

Location!!!! Right on the beach! The units are so nice!! Cute, clean and comfortable!!
