Great location to walk to the port the next day. The roosters woke us up in the morning, but we loved it. The owner went out of her way to get us a few beers. I think they should provide one not to addresses for the place and state the address in full with city country, etc… for some odd reason the shuttle driver had to talk to the owner to find the place, but I think that may have been him rather than the owner.

The villa is new and well maintained, and in a secure compound with gated entry. Location is excellent with being close to the highway, and downtown Punta Cana (Punta Cana Mall, Coco Bongo, Hard Rock Cafe, etc.) which is a 5 minute drive. The property also has a mini market located just outside for any smaller grocery requirements. Being close to the highway, both Bavaro beach and Macao beach as in close drivable distance. The airport was about a 15 minute drive. We rented a car hence the added convenience. The villa has all the amenities needed for a comfy stay. The host Lissa was excellent and was there to greet us when we arrived from the airport. Lissa was also able to quickly respond to any requests we had and in was an excellent host making sure that our stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wishes to use the property for a short or extended stay.
