I stayed for one night with two of my colleagues from Norway. The place is located at beautiful countryside just outside of Gyeongju city center. It takes about 10-15 taxi ride to most of the well known tourist attractions. The location was perfect for enjoying tranquil nature and culture of the area. At night there is absolutely no city noise and we enjoyed sounds of insects hanging out at the terrace. The inside is beautifully renovated to preserve the traditional beauty but provide comfort from modern facility. The best thing about this property is the hosts. The hosts are genuinely kind and caring. It was very interesting to have a chat during breakfast. Breakfast is also lovely, where most of the ingredients are homemade and self harvested by the host. We truly enjoyed our stay.

My stay here was great definitely a must for anyone looking to experience a more traditional Korean home while also having some modern comfort. It was very clean and conveniently close to a bus stop that can take you downtown. The hostess made the process extremely smooth and was very helpful in check in. Definitely a recommended experience and home to check out while in Korea.

The location is about 10 km away from the tourist area, somewhat secluded, surrounded by hills and forests. Air is refreshing, especially early in the morning. The host, Mr. and Mrs. Lee were very kind, caring, eager and ready to help guests. We enjoyed talking to them over a cup of coffee. Their hospitality is by far the best that we have experienced over many years of travel. We strongly recommend this place if you prefer staying away from the hustles and bustles of tourist area. If you have a car we suggest arriving there before dark for check-in as the winding road is a bit challenging for the last couple of kilometers.
