Good location. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

We had such a wonderful stay in this accommodation. Check in and payment were efficient and professional. We didn’t expect breakfast when we booked this stay, but we were provided with delicious bread and cookies every morning. The host was very friendly and helpful, and our room had a lovely view of Fitz Roy that we were able to enjoy.

The room was very comfortable for two friends traveling together. We each had our own nightstand and there were two luggage racks. Most hotels don’t offer that. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They gave great advice about which hikes to do when, which really made a difference to our short trip. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar, so after the long Laguna Torre trek we were able to eat there which was very convenient … and the food was good.

Incredible stay! The property is managed by an incredible owner and the customer service couldn’t be better. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here, as long as they have a rental car.
