The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. We arrive at the hotel early, thankfully the hotel has a place to store our luggage's while waiting to check in, we left our luggage's at the hotel, came back to check in. The staff is very helpful and smooth transition. Very satisfied. Breakfast is very good and plenty and has a very nice view of the Beagle Channel. Staff are courteous. Location of the hotel is excellent walking distance from the restaurants and place to book excursions. The hotel is clean and bed is comfy. This place is highly recommended.

Very spacious apartments. Three adults shared our room and we had plenty of room to spread out. Our host met us upon arrival and quickly addressed any needs we had. The wifi was strong. The location is fantastic - just a few minutes walk to the Tourist Pier, the bus station and many restaurants and shops.

The location of the apartment is superb! located in the city centre. Near the shore, convenience stores, restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. The apartment amenities are superb! the kitchen utensils are really helpful! The host is very kind to offer us late checkout. Recommended and worth it!

Great location, really close to tourism offices, bus station, shopping and restaurants. Great view of mountains and bay. Very friendly staff that were super helpful, let us store luggage before our check in when we arrived early + after we checked out. Good breakfast, simple but filling and lots of options. Heated tile floors made room very warm and amenities were very clean. Very little is provided with the room but you have what you need. Beds are small and firm but comfortable.

Truly exceptional! Located just off the Main Street, close to everything and the terrace has views of both the sea and mountains! Excellent communication with staff, they connected us to a local travel agency which arranged all of our trips at discount, and even let us check out late. Strongly recommend!

The hotel was overbooked but they arranged for us to stay in a nicer hotel and were so courteous about the whole process. The staff was so helpful and kind and this made all the difference. The vibe was very welcoming.

A wonderful, scenic location (a bit remote from the town center, but Uber was not expensive at all). Comfortable facilities. Great communication with the host (Teresita, many thanks for everything!). Breakfasts, although not abundant, served with care in a dining room with a great view.

Extremely clean property, the cleaning staff really do an excellent job. Breakfast had enough options and the on site restaurant had good offerings for food in case you’re too tired to go into town. Also the views are spectacular. If you’re ok to stay a bit out of town then this is a great option.
