The room was clean and tidy. The location is close to a lot of Cafes and Restaurants.

We were staying with another couple and had booked two rooms. Upon arrival, one of our lovely reception staff upgraded one of the rooms which was a much larger space to gather in. Couldn’t fault our stay, great eateries outside doorstep, clean, comfy, great location . Staff very obliging and we loved the complimentary chocolate truffles at lift entry!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location or property. Everything was exceptionally clean, beds were so comfortable and the location was easy to find and close to many eateries. We wished we had more than one night! We love the concept behind it all too.

We stayed in the King Penthouse with Sofa Bed. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. Loved the gas fire. It was within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Smooth check-in process. Spacious and clean room and bathroom, nice view over Hobart. Portacot was already set up for our baby (requested prior). Note there is no lift for 2nd storey rooms. The hotel is located on a steep hill, but walking distance to City Park (if you don't mind walking up the hill!)

The hotel very supportive as we are traveled with wheelchair person and the apartment was on the 3rd floor which no elevator. So, the hotel decided to give us one extra room on the 1st floor with no additional charge.

Value for money, enough space for 3 persons but can be challenging for 4, very quiet, heater worked well as it was cold outside, ample parking space, felt safe, has the basic amenities like toaster, electric kettle, dishware and cutleries.

Loved the history of the building prior to becoming a hotel. Room was very spacious and the view over Launceston was amazing.

Our flight got cancelled late at night. We were lucky to have a vacancy for us. And Kerry was helpful to let us into the villa and give us advice to get our late dinner nearby. The place was comfortable and spacious for the four of us. Not too far from the airport.
