While the place is old and a little run down, I just love this place for it's convenience, near the airport and the free shuttle service. It's near many places to eat and shop, too. Including an immense Chinese/Asian community with markets and so many incredible food options! This place is one of my happy places and I'm glad it exists! :) The staff there are always professional and helpful, too, which just makes it so much more pleasant!

I like the location. Its near the airport and there’s Mc Donald’s nearby. My room is spacious and newly renovated. The free shuttle to airport is the best.

The have the best staff! Friendly, happy and take pride in this property. It is so clean. It is not brand new but it shines like it is. So refreshing to find a well priced property that hits all the things you need without costing a fortune. And with a smile & professionalism. As I told them I have no reason to stay anywhere else when I need a homebase near the airport. Shuttle and fresh eggs for breakfast too.

It was clean, the room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good. Walking distance to Mall and train station which was a plus. There is a beautiful park behind building.

The location was close for taking the Sky Train to the Waterfront and for getting to the airport fairly quickly via the shuttle provided by the hotel.

One member of staff was very accommodating considering we arrived very early from our flight and check in is not until 4 pm . We were given a great room. The hotel is within a 15 min drive to the airport and ideally situated to an outlet mall which was great to kill some time before our early morning flight the next day. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Free shuttle bus to the airport was great and on time every 30 min.

We hesitate to write this review, because this place is so perfect we’d love to keep it as our secret gem for future visits to Vancouver :P. We had a very pleasant stay. The room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a large TV, a comfortable couch, a delightful bathing experience with reliable hot water and excellent water pressure, heating, a fridge, a washing and drying machine etc — it truly had it all. We especially loved the bedroom: the blackout curtains and the incredibly comfortable bed made it a real challenge to get up each morning! The property is located in a quiet and charming area, and we enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood. The host lives just next door, which meant our requests were answered promptly, yet we had the entire space to ourselves, ensuring complete privacy. It was the perfect balance of convenience and comfort.

The room has a great condition and the facilities were nice and clean. The beds were feel comfortable. The breakfast menu was reasonable. The DIY waffles were yummy, my kids were loved it.

Hidden gem 💎 The staff was amazing! We traveled with 2 kids and they were so welcoming and took such good care of them. The free coffee in the lobby was amazing and the free airport shuttle was the best!
