Everything! Amazing stay! Big room in a beautiful house, awesome bed, great shower. Coffee and Water available 24/7 right outside your room. Plugs and desk right by the bed. Multiple towels. Literally every detail was considered to ensure a fantastic stay. The neighbourhood was beautiful as well. 5 minute walk to the grocery store and tons of restaurants. Chris and Anna were so lovely and welcoming. I booked extremely late at night, and I was accommodated in minutes, literally. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Really was phenomenal.

Location and Transport

Vancouver International Airport is situated on Sea Island in Richmond, British Columbia. Downtown Vancouver is about 7 miles (12 kilometres) from the airport and can be reached in under 30 minutes via rail on the Canada Line. Taxis are available at stands located on level two of the arrivals area, and flat fares apply for journeys to specified zones in the city.

Staff was attentive, helpful, pleasant, and eager to serve. The convenience of having the terminal downstairs in the same building was wonderful. The restaurant and the lounge were both enjoyable. We had 13 in our party, and I would love to stay there again.

I used to live in Vancouver for 16 years. It's nice to come back to visit once in awhile. It's the most beautiful city. I came to take in some Pride events and see some old friends. Highly recommend Vancouver as a holiday destination.

West Vancouver is a beautiful, peaceful place to visit. The scenery is stunning, with mountains, forests, and ocean views all within easy reach. What stood out most were the amazing hiking trails—there are so many options, all incredibly scenic and well maintained. Despite being close to Vancouver, it feels much quieter and more relaxed, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would happily return.

I would love to live in north Vancouver … Most beautiful...

I would love to live in north Vancouver … Most beautiful place in Canada I’ve been to ! Horseshoe Bay community is incredible and has amazing diving.. we tried several of the restaraunts in Horseshoe Bay, but we found “the final whistle” had the most incredible food, and perfectly situated to watch the ferries come and go. Also recommend the little blue coffee shop down on the warf! Amazing 🤩

This is a bedroom community.

This is a bedroom community. It is quiet and we respect that short term rentals can be a contentious issue so we kept noise to a minimum. But we are all in our 60s and in bed by 10pm, say no more... That said, we found the proximity to grocery store, gas station and yes, a beer/wine store, within walking distance very convenient. Please be respectful to your host and their neighbors, we intend to stay there again.

New Westminster is a convenient and pleasant area to stay. It has plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and other essential amenities nearby, while offering a quieter atmosphere than downtown Vancouver. It is also well connected by public transportation, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.

If you have the early ferry departure the next morning -...

If you have the early ferry departure the next morning - that is the proper place to stay. Not 5 stars hotel, but the old motel which offer all necessary things: parking on-site, comfortable beds, big fridge, microwave, coffee/tea maker.

Hotel close to airport and shuttle bus service a plus Not easy to get around nothing within walking distance - one restaurant not good enough if you are staying for more than one night - the only hotel close to airport but not up to scratch as a Raddison Blu Hotel

If you walk around with eyes and ears open you'll find so many things happening in this city. There's always a concert, another nice park or a open salsa dance event somewhere (those are almost everyday for example on Robson square or Kitsilano beach).

West Vancouver is beautiful and natural with trees and ocean. I went to Pawan Indian Food and it was fantastic. The waiter was friendly and focused. The food was generous enough to take home food for another meal. First day of my trip I went for a relaxing facial at CUR’s Beauty Salon in Park Royal. I would like to live in North Vancouver! The road signs in West Vancouver are abundant and clear for an easy ride. For a solo I thought of visit a beach in West Vancouver but never made it.
