✨ Charming Home in a Peaceful Setting ✨ Tucked away in a quiet tree lined neighborhood, this beautiful home offers two private villas on two levels, each with its own entrance. *Upper-level Villa: A two- bedroom villa has a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed-plus a study room with a double bed, featuring a private front entrance at ground level. It boasts a spacious sun deck with a retractable ceiling curtain—perfect for enjoying the sunshine or relaxing in the shade. Inside, you’ll find a treadmill and Pilates equipment for your workouts, making it easy to stay active during your stay. *Ground-level Villa: A three-bedroom villa has a master bedroom with a queen bed(60in*80in/ 153cm*203cm) the second bedroom with a full bed(54in*75in/ 137cm*190cm)and the third one with 2 twin beds(39in*75in/ 99cm*190cm). It has a step-free private entrance from the backyard, it features wide hallways that is wheelchair accessible, and offers plenty of space with 148 square meters. Both villas are completely independent, offering privacy and convenience for guests.
We’re lucky to live near the Arbutus Greenway, a peaceful place for walking and biking. Riverview Park is just two blocks away, and if you walk 13 minutes down Angus Drive, you’ll reach Fraser River Park — a favorite spot of ours to sit, watch airplanes come and go, and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. Okini Restaurant & Bar is located in our community, and you walk there in 5-10 minutes along the Arbutus Greenway. Choices Market is on its left, and Been Around The World Coffee is on its right. They are popular in our community.
