This hotel is superb, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were the best, with a lot of amenities, the hotel even provides coats to stay on the terrace and enjoy the Matterhorn view, we were delighted and if we are back to Zermatt we are staying here.

They gave us an upgrade and the room was great! 🙂

Just out of the trainstation. 15 minutes to Zermart, a good choice when Zermart is too expensive. The family room can host two kids, it has everything , brekfast is good and convenient. The village itself is not very viberant, on a tuesday most of the restaurants were closed.

It was very clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Good spacious rooms, friendly staff and good continental breakfast.

Location is perfect. Staffs are very helpful. It is very Sustainable lodge.

Spacious and new as well nice view and location

Great location and convenient to go to the train station, supermarket, the playgrounds and the town etc. The apartment is clean and modern with a good view to the Matterhorn although it is right now besides the construction crane. We did not notice any noise when we were there so the stay was pleasant. Will definitely consider staying here again next time!

Great location, big comfortable room.

The host was very welcoming and gave us a thorough introduction to the property. The apartment is ideal for families as it is stocked with all the essentials. You couldn't ask for a better location—everything is nearby and convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

This penthouse was stunning and amazing location! It was huge and all windows opened which we loved. Very safe and the views were outstanding!

We had a wonderful time! The room was warm, cozy and clean. We gad a great view over the town and the Matterhorn. Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Location and view of Matterhorn were exceptional

There are so many things we loved about this hotel, it was amazing! The room was a great size and had perfect views of the Matterhorn. The bathroom is very large and the toilet is in a separate room which is nice if you enjoy your privacy or are used to Japanese style. Amenities were also amazing. There was a big pool with massage jets which helped so much after our long days of hiking, we used it every day. If you are looking for a gym it has a full free weight room. There is also a sauna space with 4 different types of rooms. The staff was also the most friendly people, no matter what we needed they were on it, making us feel like family! Breakfast was good and fresh. Had most things we wanted and enjoyed it immensely.

Hotel concierge and lounge is stylish. Room is modern, clean and well maintained. View from balcony is the majestic Matterhorn. Arm chairs provided in the room and balcony as well, so you can admire the gorgeous view either side. Love it very much Service from concierge is perfect. Hotel is about 10-15 mins walk from Zermatt station. They provide free shuttle to the hotel from the station so it’s hassle free especially with the luggages . Just need to inform hotel when you are coming from Tasch and their response are fast. Anyway there’s no problem walking from the village to the hotel, there are plenty of shops and restaurant to visit along the way Very grateful that hotel staff deco the room for our wed anniversary. As mentioned in my other review, not all hotel made the effort to set the room for their guest. Very much appreciated
