It was conveniently placed, very well preserved and the staff was friendly.

Beautiful hotel in the best spot. We loved the cabin vibes of the room, so well decorated, and all the property. Even they have a small trail along the river and a private access to the lake. Great breakfast too

The location was great, within walking distance of the bus terminal and the center as well as the lake. The lady at the reception was also very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful (different breads, fruit/vegetables, cold cuts and cheese, scrambled eggs, coffee/tea/hot chocolate and juices). A wonderful way to start the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location was great, right between Villarica and Pucon. 10 min from each. Also the hotel was “right” size, not too big and not too small, related to amount of guests. Breakfast was great, food was very high quality and very well prepared. Congrats to the chef. Beds were very comfortable and cleanliness was good.

Lovely rustic room with heat (was raining and cold) and a lot of space. Staff was great and cleanliness excellent. Breakfast was fabulous. I would recommend this place and would stay again!

Cabaña is beautiful.. full of greenary well equipoed with separte kitchen with two bathrooms..Land lady is so generous and ready to help you alwayas. Delicious breakfast..overall you will love it..

Staff explained facilities well during check-in. For instance, they took us to the front door to show us how to use the key to get in and push the button to get out (thereby ensuring the card worked); pointed out the breakfast areas. Hotel was very clean. Good breakfast spread with personalized fresh eggs made for us each day. Close to beach. Not far from town. Very close to grocery store.

Everything, the hosts, mother and son were very welcoming and helpful. The son spoke excellent English. The hotel is lovely, clean and an excellent location.
