I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is my go to whenever flying in or out of Toulouse.

Excellent location, an easy 10-minute walk to the airport. I also liked the external window shades that blocked out all light (great if you need or want to sleep during daylight hours). Front-desk staff were very friendly and helpful and let me leave my leftover food in their fridge (no fridge in my hotel room). Also loved that there was a tea kettle in the room for evening and morning tea.

Excellent service and quiet and comfortable rooms

Front desk staff, at all times of day, were very helpful. There is convenient transit to downtown Toulouse, bus toute 45, for which the stop is less than 500 metres from the hotel. There is an incredible amount to see in the centre of Toulouse, even on a Monday in early April when we were there. The transit app, Tisséo, is very good for getting around the city. They have a very good breakfast -- great choices and well prepared. The property is easy to get to from the A64/A61. Given Toulouse is France's fourth largest city, I did not expect to find a convenient to both downtown and the highway.

We only had one day in Toulouse so we chose a hotel close to the airport and also convenient to reach downtown by transit. The hotel was perfect for our need.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and kind. We booked last minute when dealing with an emergency that derailed our travel plans, and we had to alter our reservation. They were helpful, understanding, and compassionate.

Good place to stay. Neat and clean. Many guests have pinned their visiting experiences on the notice board, some of which are quite interesting. Overall, it was a good experience.

Nice room and kind staff. I had marathon at the morning. The hotel allow me late checkout at free to makes me clean and refresh after the running.

The woman in charge was very very kind and rescued my dog for me, keeping him safe for us until we returned from a birthday party late at night!

10-15 minutes to the Toulouse airport. Spacious rooms. Italian restaurant next door.

The hotel as a whole need renovation

I like to stay before an early flight out of Toulouse. The people and the food are always great.

The covered pool and sauna made the experience even better.

Reception staff was very nice, helpful, ready to go the extra mile.

I arrived late and liked that there was someone at the front desk to greet me , explain things and show me to the room . I liked the breakfast and the staff. And I liked the fact that when my friend picked me up she was offered a place to sit and a cup of coffee. That everyone spoke English was also a treat !

Peaceful place near the airport; Free shuttle was great .

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the mattresses were comfortable. The staff made arrangements so we could check into our room earlier than expected. Although we could not regulate the heating in the room, the window opened fully, so we were able to cool off the room that way. It worked out fine and we got fresh air, which was a bonus.
