Great location to explore Toulouse and very helpful and welcoming staff... went out of their way to be helpful.

Central location in Old Town. Walk to attractions. Room was good size and clean. Breakfast was simple but good and always had fresh fruit.

Only in the bathroom I saw hair other personn so the toilets works badly. So that’s all. Room clean. No noise.

Love the Mama Shelter brand. Staff was super accommodating. Best lemon drop martini I’ve ever had although the bartender had to look it up, he was very skilled.

My home away from home. I've stayed here several times during different periods in different rooms, on different floors, and in different areas and after all my visits, don't have a single bad word or complaint. The place is simply perfect: peaceful even though there are always people around, there's always something to snack on downstairs, and there's always someone to welcome you with a smile. Everything is spotless and well organized. If you're hesitating between places don't. Even if this one costs a bit more, just take it. Whether you're a young student or a retiree, you'Il feel right at home here. A special thank you to the wonderful reception team and especially to the great Helmi, you're truly the soul of this place.

Love the location, right next to the Japanese Garden. 10min walk to city hall plaza. Friendly staffs. Good for families.

The fact that it’s close to the subway really helps with moving around

Everything. We were 3 in a room for 3 that was very spacious and super cleanZ Staff was amazing!!!

The location was perfect right in the center with a beautiful view over the river. The staff was always welcoming and ready to assist.

Awesome location. The hotel room was larger than typical. The windows were soundproof so we were not bothered by people out late. There was a water cooler near our room by the elevator which felt like a luxury. Staff were friendly and made sure to call us to advise us they were testing the fire alarm system.

Everything specially the service

Location is very good for Toulouse, except on the ground floor there is a bar where young people hang out until late, so there is so much noise. The location is the only good thing about this place. You can 100% find another accomodation with same price but better facilies. Staff was nice, but does not speak English.

Great value for the money! Particularly happy that power socket has been provided for my car during the stay, so I could charge it :)

Very nice hotel in the middle of a vibrant area in Toulouse. Short walk to the train station as well as the historic area.

staff at reception was waiting for me on late arrival (past midnight) due to flight delay, worrying and trying to contact to me, he was great!! Also staff at breakfast is nice and friendly and very good to maintain place clean and comfortable. breakfast itself was also good.
