Deceptively small city. So easy to walk most everywhere. I found a fabulous Italian restaurant called ANDIAMO. The veal cutlet was huge! I attended a conference, and the temperatures were way too hot for me, but walking around in the morning hours was great. I would return during a different season. Capitol Taxi service was THE BEST!!

Toulouse is a hidden gem of a city.

Toulouse is a hidden gem of a city. We had not planned to stay here but due to flight changes, ended up staying a night. It was the best decision of our trip. Wonderful vibrant city. Great food including restaurants, wine bars and markets. The shopping is also fantastic. Highly recommend.

There were lots of things going on in the city - whilst in Toulouse there was a 10 km running race through the city centre, there was a folk dancing day and there was a water rugby event down by Pont Neuf…and not forgetting the World Cup. We also took the train to Albi for the day - a beautiful small city to explore.

Wonderful city.

Wonderful city. Young chilled vibes and lovely historic & architectural locations everywhere. Great dining, bars, music & shops. Rugby team great too. Overall, a fantastic City location to visit. Highly recommend it.

We had two evenings a full day and a morning.

We had two evenings a full day and a morning. It is a fascinating city but the opening and closing hours on the Monday-Wednesday meant we simply couldn't do some of the things we had hoped to. We had a great meal at Cartouches in the Columbette area - a set menu with just two choices per course but really 'French' and atmospheric! The metro works well and you can walk across the centre of the city in less than 30 mins. We had a very good visit despite some frustrations.

The room is spacious, clean and just nice to be in. It has a small kitchenette with a stove, dishwasher and a kettle. The laundry is available in a Laundromat. The area is also very nice, walkable to the city centre, the apart-hotel is located on a very calm street. A beautiful Japanese garden and an excellent pub Botanist is just 5-7 min away. Also the hotel provides free shuttle service to the airport which was a pleasant surprise.

This hotel is in a convenient location for train station & city centre. Orange airport bus (9 euros) goes roughly every 15 minutes from bus stop at railway station. The receptionist was friendly & helpful & researched bus times for us. No noise from outside the building & bed was very comfortable. Good quality toiletries & everything provided worked well. Would stay again if given a quieter room.
