Location, friendly staff , value for money 😁

Front desk staff, at all times of day, were very helpful. There is convenient transit to downtown Toulouse, bus toute 45, for which the stop is less than 500 metres from the hotel. There is an incredible amount to see in the centre of Toulouse, even on a Monday in early April when we were there. The transit app, Tisséo, is very good for getting around the city. They have a very good breakfast -- great choices and well prepared. The property is easy to get to from the A64/A61. Given Toulouse is France's fourth largest city, I did not expect to find a convenient to both downtown and the highway.

Very welcoming front desk staff. Clean & cosy hotel in a new and quiet neighborhood that is so close from city center by tram+subway. A highly recommended hotel, indeed.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is my go to whenever flying in or out of Toulouse.

Central location in Old Town. Walk to attractions. Room was good size and clean. Breakfast was simple but good and always had fresh fruit.

Love the location, right next to the Japanese Garden. 10min walk to city hall plaza. Friendly staffs. Good for families.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and kind. We booked last minute when dealing with an emergency that derailed our travel plans, and we had to alter our reservation. They were helpful, understanding, and compassionate.

Excellent location, an easy 10-minute walk to the airport. I also liked the external window shades that blocked out all light (great if you need or want to sleep during daylight hours). Front-desk staff were very friendly and helpful and let me leave my leftover food in their fridge (no fridge in my hotel room). Also loved that there was a tea kettle in the room for evening and morning tea.

Very close to the airport. I could walk there in 15 minutes . Nice clean room. Walls are masonry so they are super quiet .

It’s obvious the tenants are dedicated to make your stay comfortable. They are really helpful and put a lot of care to refine things around. The location is very close to CNES or Airbus.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the mattresses were comfortable. The staff made arrangements so we could check into our room earlier than expected. Although we could not regulate the heating in the room, the window opened fully, so we were able to cool off the room that way. It worked out fine and we got fresh air, which was a bonus.

Great location from train station, close to airport bus stops and very convenient for all the central tourist attractions. Perfect location

This is a lovely traditional French hotel with character close to the station and the metro. We were upgraded to a huge room with a big bath and shower, with a lovely outlook across the roofs to the canal. The bed was enormous and extremely comfortable. Best night's sleep we've had since leaving home. Breakfast had everything you might want. Must give a shout-out to the staff who were all engaged and welcoming.

Very comfortable room for two adults and two kids and very safe in the upstairs room. The breakfast was excellent and the receptionist was so welcoming nice and helpful . Greeting to him as well.

Like how near to the Stade Ernest Wallon is. Easy to get to the heart of Toulouse as well and near a large Carrefour too!

The location of the hotel is excellent. I also had a large room with a double bed (only for me) and a bathtub in the bath! The host/s were very helpful and friendly. Coffee was available at any time.

The room for 5 is very good for big families!
