Very friendly staff, new and clean hotel :)

The staff was unbelievably helpful and went out of their way to assist and make our visit truly enjoyable. Maria at the reception desk was incredibly nice and kind thus making our stay a perfect one - the Samaria is lucky to have her.

Yiota worked the front desk. We were informed there might be a ferry strike which meant we could not leave Crete and go to Santorini. She was amazing. She made calls to the port authority, numerous times, and helped us figure out alternatives. The strike did not happen but we would have been prepared without her.

From the start, the staff greeted us brilliant, and was always accommodating to our needs, the room was fantastic, and the location was perfect.

The entire stay was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was great, with big variety of choices. Our room was very convenient and clean.

Amazing accommodation, very luxurious, reasonably priced and excellent location. Service was 5 star couldn’t fault it!

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in and I tried quite a lot. Stuff is beyond words. Hotel is very beautiful, the little terrace is so nice..very happy with the choice I made to stay there.

The apartment is really big and comfortable, the location is excellent to see Chania.

Beautifully decorated, spacious, many lovely touches like slippers, water bottles in the fridge, supplies for drying laundry, washing machine. The host responded to an issue immediately and professionally. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. Definitely recommend!

Lots of room in this 3 bedroom tri-level apartment. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen with washer. Easy walk to Old Town or city center.

Had an amazing stay. The location is close to so many areas/restaurants. Gabi was amazing from start to end of our trip. Would recommend this place to anyone going to Chania

The Breakfast was amazing. The location is excellent, you can walk to the center in 10 min. The staff were all very kind.

The room was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was excellent as well.

This hotel was incredible. We had the most amazing stay, and my partner and I agree it made our whole trip the chania the best trip we have ever taken! Our room was so lovely, and we could hear the waves outside at night with the door cracked. The beds were so comfy, facilities were very new and well taken care of. The staff were INCREDIBLE, they helped us book an excursion to a monastery, and gave us a welcome drink when we arrived. Waking up to the sea view was so relaxing- we will definitely be back !!
