Yiota worked the front desk. We were informed there might be a ferry strike which meant we could not leave Crete and go to Santorini. She was amazing. She made calls to the port authority, numerous times, and helped us figure out alternatives. The strike did not happen but we would have been prepared without her.

Manager (Georgia) and her team were terrific, service was impeccable throughout the hotel and restaurant. Beautiful and interesting building. Great location in the heart of Chania’s Venetian Harbour.

From the start, the staff greeted us brilliant, and was always accommodating to our needs, the room was fantastic, and the location was perfect.

Great Value, location, employees, balcony, cleanliness.

The location was fantastic. Right in the heart and the most picturesque part of the old town. The staff were all very helpful and breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Nothing was too difficult to request. Special mention for Artemis. She was very welcoming, gave great advice and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable.

Hospitality at the highest level — we were even allowed early check-in as our room was ready, which we truly appreciated. The hotel was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated, with a phenomenal location near the old port and within walking distance to everything. Good breakfast and overall a 10/10 experience.

I highly recommend booking this hotel if you are visiting Chania. This family run hotel was fabulous despite the fact it's a little dated. The staff was very friendly, humorous and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and we were able to borrow umbrellas and beach towels to go to the beach. There are many restaurants and cafes around the corner and you can walk to the main part of the old town in a few minutes.

The location is great and it is easy to get to all locations in the old harbor area. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. The elevator is an added bonus.
