Manager (Georgia) and her team were terrific, service was impeccable throughout the hotel and restaurant. Beautiful and interesting building. Great location in the heart of Chania’s Venetian Harbour.

Amazing accommodation, very luxurious, reasonably priced and excellent location. Service was 5 star couldn’t fault it!

Yiota worked the front desk. We were informed there might be a ferry strike which meant we could not leave Crete and go to Santorini. She was amazing. She made calls to the port authority, numerous times, and helped us figure out alternatives. The strike did not happen but we would have been prepared without her.

At first, I had concerns that it doesn't have a sea view, but I was totally surprised by the luxury, technology in the room, cleanness, and the location, the breakfast was 5 stars and the chef welcomed us and passed by the table asking for any additional orders

Amazing! Location in the Old Town and authentic design are the top-level! Big size room. You are just surrounded by Greek restaurants and cafes, the naibourhood is calm and safe! Great host

Beautiful, clean, and modern apartment in a fully renovated building in the best part of Chania. Self check-in. Just a few blocks from the Old Port, restaurants and attractions, with municipal parking right around the corner. The bathroom is amazing, and the balcony and terrace are simply beautiful. Daily housekeeping and an exceptionally warm and welcoming staff made the stay even better. There is no elevator (which wasn’t a problem for me), but it’s something to keep in mind.

Great location, just outside the old town. The owner, Lila, was extremely accommodating. She gave many greatnl recommendations for sights, beaches, cafés & restaurants. The room was very spacious, clean and brand new-looking.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in and I tried quite a lot. Stuff is beyond words. Hotel is very beautiful, the little terrace is so nice..very happy with the choice I made to stay there.

Everything is perfect! The room is super clean and new. I love the terrace they have in common area, we are group of 7, and we were able to hangout together in the evening. Hotel people weee super nice, breakfast was delicious, every day was a little different. We will come back again!

Venetian Palace really made our trip very memorable. Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was really quiet and extra comfortable and big. The location is amazing right in the heart of old town, but away from the noise of old town. Spiros and his wife are so nice. I really enjoyed getting to talk to them. We really hope to see them again.

The Breakfast was amazing. The location is excellent, you can walk to the center in 10 min. The staff were all very kind.
