Excellent breakfast / dinner

Well, this hotel is worth the money for sure - even if it is an expensive hotel indeed. The facilities available for kids are just perfect. Pools, playrooms, outside areas everything is nice. The food is amazing, there is everything you can think of. Rooms (even Falky rooms, which means kind of standard room) are comfortable with a seating area and separated small bedroom for kids (just bare in mind, the beds in this bedroom are small, therefore not really suitable for teenagers, only for kids up to 10 years I guess) and a great huge bed in the main room (I guess it's 200x220 cm).

Excellent new hotel; tasteful and unpretentious decor; fantastic location for island exploring by foot or car; center of town, overlooking the marina, and minutes from the ferry-port; enthusiastic staff; tasty local breakfast.

This property is beautifully decorated, with a restaurant on site and beautiful views of the quaint village of Kali. It’s a family run operation and feels just like home. The hospitality is a perfect 10.

EVERYTHING! Spacious, Ultra clean, modern amenities. Washer "AND" separate dryer! Radio in the Very cool shower! Not enough room here for me to explain how GRACIOUS, HELPFUL & KIND the owners Eva & Drago are 🙏♥️. "ANYTHING" YOU NEED" they will help get it done. Location is Great, Close to the promenade along the sea & right on the streets of old town! ( great NY Style pizza 30 m from my door!) Awesome local breakfast bakeries just down the cobblestone street. All I can say is "BOOK IT!"

All was perfect, we came from Hungary and France, we really enjoyed the full brightness of the apartment, also the view was amazing. Everything is close, we also appreciated the owner great communication. I totally recommend this place

The property is super well located! It’s in the heart of the old town with many restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Very pleasant host. Very good parking. You have everything that you could need during your stay. Private parking, lift, TV, Playstation, Alexa. You just need to enjoy nice apartments near the city centre. Walk from apartments to the coast only 10-15 mins.

A comfortable, well furnished and well equipped new apartment within easy walk of the old town. Easy to get to by car with a dedicated private parking. We reached Zadar past midnight, but the host Christine still met us to handover the key and explain everything very cheerfully and also graciously gave us a later checkout as she had flexibility the next day.

The host is so caring and friendly, we felt really welcomed. The place was so clean!

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable for our family. It was walking distance to the walking bridge to old Zadar which was great and convenient.

The apartment was a little nicer and more spacious than it appears in the photos. It had everything I needed - although I only stayed for 1 night, I would have been happy to spend more time there. It's comfortable and clean, with all accessories and conveniences, and the host gave good advice on where to eat locally (nicer prices compared to Zadar's old town, and only 15 minutes away from there by foot).

Great facility 7 minutes by bus Nr. 5 (or 8) from the Bridge. A lot better than Hostel Boutique Forum. I had a full room (6 bed in the room) with bathroom for my self. Gratulacje breskfast included in pracę. (yougurt, ,salami, cheese. pastet, different spreads, cream cheese, cornflakes, milk, coffee, apples, oranges- all you can eat.

Apartments are 50 meters away from a large beach with all necessary infrastructure and is 20 minutes walk from the old town. The renovation was as it's pictured and the apartment was clean. The mattress was quite comfortable.

Very recommended for couples, Families with babies, small children or teens, they will just love this place. We arrived very before our given arriving time. It wasn't problem at all. Very spacious, plenty space for everything. Host was amazing, extreme friendly, full of Informations about city and everything what comes around. If you doubt to book it, please DONT. you will not regret it.
