We loved the ambience of the resort. Well maintained landscaping and courteous staff 🤗 the front office staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially Anu.

Perfect location, center of town hence just 5 to 10min to the main places around. Clean and Fresh Room, Linens and Towels. There was a bit of confusion in the no:of people for whom i had booked, my booking and confirmation was for 2 Adult and 2 Children of 9Y and 16Y but the booking that the hotel recieved was only for 2 Adults. But then when I showed my confirmation details they accepted it and we had a wonderful stay.

The staff are super friendly. I was under the impression that I had booked my plan with breakfast and went to have breakfast with family. My family and I came and were having breakfast when they came and told that it was without breakfast. But the staff were very cordial and they did not charge us also later for the same. Calicut is known for its hosting and it showed here thoroughly. We came to Calicut just to explore food so we're basically having food outside. Still we tried their chicken spring rolls, fish fingers, tea and coffee. It was brilliant.

The staff was extremely helpful and the bed was the most comfortable bed we have had yet in our India travels. It was very nice to sleep well and be comfortable. Room service food was quite good and the cleaning staff worked quickly and cheerfully.

The location is excellent, very close to the KSRTC stand. The staff are very good and helpful. They made sure that I was comfortable throughout my stay. All my requirements were met with immediate effect. Ms.Sona in the front office, in particular, was very helpful. The restaurant is good and the food is tasty. The breakfast buffet is reasonably good. This place has ample car parking space too.

Oxygen Rich, Virgin Forests, In Sync with Nature. Awesome Experience in the midst of the Jungle. A Days Stay at this Riverside, Forest Resort hearing the Cricket and Birds Sounds is a Distinct, Wonderful experience with the Wild in the Deep Woods,very far away from Crazy Crowd and Polluted Cities. Very Homely Food. Very Polite Staff especially the G.M. Amal. I Do Really love to be here again. Its Good value for Money Spent.

It is a calm and quiet place. We could enjoy the rain from the rooftop.

I had such a fantastic time at the Dimora Hotel in Calicut - it was an absolutely amazing experience. A shout-out to their guest relation executive, Anoop Vellat. He was incredibly helpful from the moment I checked in until I checked out. He was there every step to make sure everything went smoothly. Absolutely top-notch service. Would highly recommend if you're ever in the area!
