Beautiful property and very comfortable room! We wish we could have stayed longer. The easy parking, lovely grounds, clean pool, air conditioning, ceiling fan, proximity to the lake, and delicious food were all appreciated!

We stayed here for 3 nights and got to visit the main cities around Lake Como. The highway makes traveling very accessible with a car. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Everyday we woke up with an amazing, breathtaking view of the mountains. Breakfast was tasty, pretty similar each day but with small differences, suitable for everyone's tastes. We got to enjoy the spa area, which has a swimming pool with heated water, a jacuzzi, two different types of sauna and turkish baths. I would totally recommend if you want to visit Lake Como, having easy access to both sides of the lake without the use of ferry is a big advantage. Perfect for families, couples or groups of friends.

Location and facilities are amazing. We had a partial view to the lake, with the room by the swimming pool, which we really appreciated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is really amazing and the closeness to nature makes it a perfect stay.

Amazing hospitality of the owner make us feeling supper nice and welcomed. The view was absolutely great and the quietness was what I really needed. I really loved the place and my choice of stay. Amazing family for BBQ and cooking. Would definitely choose the same place if I return.

Location up lake, though at first upset to find it was 1:15 hr drive from Como, it was so beautiful up there, I forgot all about it.

Everything was great- the house is 300+ years old, very charming and beautifully furnished and decorated. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fruits, joghurts and local foods.

Many bikes available to take for free during your stay, many parking spaces, excellent breakfast, close to the lake, friendly and helpful staff

Service was great, got some amazing recommendations if where to eat and drink.

Room 11 with hottube: all brand new, high value equipment, kitchen, shower everything 100% perfect and a perfect breakfast.

The location was perfect. On property parking. Owner/host were friendly, accommodating, and prompt. Seemed truly concerned that we had a perfect stay. Several close by restaurants with great and affordable food and drink. Nearby boat rentals to enjoy the views from the water. Lots of sight seeing and walking about to see the many sights.

The property had everything! It was close to the ferry and supermarket and restaurants and it was quiet and only TV he sound of cows and their bells! Th view was amazing!
