Lots of shopping and eating options after the security check. If you are renting a car allow yourself extra time for the shuttle bus to carpark P3, the bus runs every 20 to 30 minutes and it is about a 5 to 10 minute journey but the bus can be busy and full, even a 6am.

The good part of this accommodation was that the apartment...
The good part of this accommodation was that the apartment was really close to the airport. We lost our flight and rescheduled for the next day early in the morning so that is the reason that we choose this apartment and because it was of the cheapest in the area. What we met was not so pleasant. There were still toilet papers even with blood inside the toilet bin, the pillows and the bedsheets where dirty, the glasse for the water had even lipstick on them and the apartment in general was not cleaned. There was a bottle of water inside the fridge ( tap water) which we never tried after what we had seen in first place. And all these for just 120€…!

I would most definitely stay again it genuinely is a lovely place to stay, the not being picked up was a blip, but a complementary drink would have been nice to destress after the wait and hanging around at the airport for an hour before getting a taxi just wanted to get in my room after a 12 hour travel, and maybe revamp some of the room decor/ furniture, my trip was business so no sight seeing for me, 5-10 ride from the airport and the same into town very pretty place to visit if you’re sightseeing

Loved the area with lots to see in Bergamo itself. Trips to the higher level of the city were great. Plenty restaurants bars and supermarkets.
Travel from Bergamo to surrounding area was easy whether to see one of the lakes or a trip to Milan. We will return

The junior suit rooms by the pool are spectacular. Pool a bit slippery going in & pool needs some maintenance, cleaning.
Kettle & cups but no tea or coffee. No spoons or cutlery of any sort which is disappointing if you want a snack as nothing on site.
Grounds amazing, staff very friendly.
We got bus from Bergamo. 16 mins @ €3 pp.
Late check out for 3/4 hours €30 pp which I think is a bit steep.
Overall loved it. Would go back again. A piece of paradise
Went to Osteria del Fiore for dinner. 10 mins walk. Fantastic food

I stayed here for just one night after a long and stressful...
I stayed here for just one night after a long and stressful flight, hoping to get some rest, take a shower, and recharge before another demanding day. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
The room was very noisy, with constant disturbance coming from the street and surrounding areas, making it impossible to sleep at all. On top of that, the room was in unacceptable condition, with insects everywhere, which made the situation even worse.
What should have been a simple, restful stop turned into a very unpleasant experience. I will not be returning, and I am requesting a full refund immediately.

Bergamo is a beautiful city that truly deserves more than a day to explore. We initially planned just a day trip, but while discovering its charm, we wished we had stayed longer. The medieval city has a unique character, with stunning views from the top and a magical atmosphere in the old town. Taking the Funicolare Città Alta is definitely worthwhile and adds to the experience. We highly recommend visiting Bergamo and would love to return one day to spend more time exploring this wonderful city.

Orio al Serio is very pleasant, calm and quiet...if there is no plane taking off, which happens every 5 minutes. I recommend it if you have an early morning flight or arrive late at night, in which case you can easily get to/from the airport on foot in about 25-30 minutes. You can walk to Città Alta by public transport - bus 1A.
