Getting ready for my dream wedding in Grand Universe in Lucca was a breathtaking experience. Not only is the place stunning, the staff made me feel super comfortable on my special day. They always were on their best interest to assist me and my guests. I will definetly recommend to anyone that is visiting Lucca to stay at Grand Universe Lucca!

A fantastic Tuscan Villa with a great restaurant. Mateo was able to get us anything we needed morning or night.

Such a special place in an amazing location. Steps from many restaurants and cafes and shopping. The apartment has everything you need to have a comfortable trip. We were there during a heat wave and the air conditioning was amazing. Roberto the manager was so kind and helpful.

The hotel’s staff, location, and appearance were great. We also had a wonderful breakfast. A fun visit.

The apartment was beautiful, the location great for us and it was so clean. The best part was the people who took care of checking us in and helping us with a few items that needed addressed. The air conditioning was not working as well as it should have at first but within a very short time it was addressed and taken care of the same day. Also a light over the table burned out and was fixed immediately. The apartment is wonderful but the staff and their responsiveness made it perfect.

A lovely hotel - the rooms are comfortable and have carefully preserved the traditional architecture. All the staff personnel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great - a wide range of options are made to order! The nice selection of fruit was appreciated.

Amazing location, we loved being in the annex in the historic tower with a large shaded patio right outside. Breakfast was very good and the location is so walkable to every place in Lucca.

Fantastic pool and area around pool. Clean pool. Stylish design for garden around pool. I would like to spend there more days for pool holidays if it would be possible. This time just 1 day, but definatelly return if again in Tuscany.

Clean, good breakfast, spacious two rooms for our group, easy walk to city. Nice parking!
