Beautiful view of the Tuscan land

San Marco Holidays was a wonderful place to stay in Lucca! We walked into old town each day, and looked forward to coming back for a swim mid-afternoon in the pool. The owners and staff were so friendly!

What a good value ! I would stay again. Clean, comfortable and enough room for a family of 4. I did venture out to the pool and it seems as pristine . Air conditioning worked fabulously- and it’s been really hot .its great to have free parking We got in around 3. Checkin went smoothly and the apartment had a kitchen Two bedroom and a bath I felt the space was very clean! It’s simple yet perfect for what we needed. In fact, I would have stayed another night.

OMG, it is a15th century castle in middle of Tuscany that they renovated and made some adjustments to make it a hotel. Beautiful view. Nice pool. It was like a dream to stay in this hotel. We all loved it all.

It was an incredibly beautiful and tranquil setting.

Such a special place in an amazing location. Steps from many restaurants and cafes and shopping. The apartment has everything you need to have a comfortable trip. We were there during a heat wave and the air conditioning was amazing. Roberto the manager was so kind and helpful.

Lukas and Damaris were such lovely hosts, Lukas sent information about travel and directions in advance, provided some videos about the town and restaurant recommendations. As other reviews mentioned, the breakfast and coffee was very delicious. Although it was one coffee per person limit for free coffees with breakfast, the cappuccino was a good size, so this wasn't an issue. The bed was comfortable, room was a good size and clean, and there was a kettle, hot drinks, fridge, air conditioning etc. in the room! Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to borrow their bicycles while we were there (we only stayed 1 night) but Lukas gave the information for a bicycle rental shop and they were brilliant, and reasonably priced.

The location is fantastic and combines a beautiful old feel with modern, very clean personal spaces. Loved the doors & courtyard sitting area, the air conditioning was great, although a cool space.

We were very well received. The space is great and well equipped. Only 10 minutes from the historic center of Lucca. Very good to walk and see the wall. We love it very much!

The location was a beautiful setting and the historic facilities were lovely. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, and breakfast in the garden was calm and relaxing. We arrived late and requested to be able to have dinner there at the last minute and they were able to accommodate us, and the food was delicious.

It’s so close to the Piazza Anfiteatro. The room was big and well heated. Once I realized hoe to set the shower temperature it worked fine. I had good chat by WhatsApp with the friendly staff. Because I didn’t like to use my CC for €2.50 city tax and got a solution.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Le Dimore del Borgo in Lucca! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. A special mention goes to Lady Valentina at the reception, whose kindness and professionalism made a real difference. She surprised us with a free upgrade to a spacious three-room apartment, which was such a lovely gesture and made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment was beautifully maintained, with all the amenities we needed and a charming atmosphere that reflected the spirit of Lucca. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly return

Very center for everything Very clean

Mira’s apartment was exceptional. My family and I stayed there for almost one month in July and we couldn’t have been happier. The apartment is conveniently located inside the city walls close to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and shopping. It’s also an 8 min walk to the train station which made it easy since we hadn’t rented a car and made day trips very convenient. 20 min train ride to Pisa and the beach and 45 minutes to Florence. The apartment itself was fully equipped with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. Washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, tv, and air conditioning in every room. ( which is needed in the summer!) Mira also did a great job with the decor of the apartment featuring rustic antique furniture, beautiful paintings and other typical Tuscan art. Mira’s property manager was super friendly and available to answer any question we had. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in beautiful Lucca and would stay at Mira’s again.

Perfect location, right in the center, Very large apartment, full kitchen with all the amenities, very clean and comfortable- we loved it and wished we'd booked more than 2 nights !

Sweet apartment indeed! We enjoyed our stay in Lucca , this place is in a super location, it has anything you may need for your stay, host Eleonora is responsive. The access to the apartment from the street door offers an interesting glimpse of the centuries old structure of the original palace. Recommended.
