Enjoy a stylish holiday in this modern apartment located within the famous walls of Lucca. Located in Via Galli Tassi, near the law court, the accommodation is a few steps from Via San Paolino and Via Fillungo, and from all the attractions that the city of Lucca offers. Located on the raised ground floor of an elegant condominium, the apartment overlooks the interior only; you will therefore enjoy a fantastic tranquility and a very pleasant garden view. The apartment has an entrance hall, living room, two bedrooms (single beds that can be joined into doubles) and two bathrooms. The kitchen features an induction hob, microwave oven, moka coffee maker, small fridge, sink and is equipped for simple culinary preparations. Heating is set at 21 degrees, as required by current legislation. The house is also equipped with an air conditioning system. There is a smart TV in one of the two bedrooms with access to Netflix and Tim Vision. Currently it is not possible to view the national channels. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. In the corridor and in the bedroom, two small closets have been reserved for cleaning products and household items. However, guests have at their disposal a large wardrobe for each room. Guests are required to pay the tourist tax (2.5 euros per person), and to send a copy of their ID or passports and sign the rental contract before arrival, as required by the Italian legislation on short-term rentals. The apartment is rented as a tourist rental, therefore no ancillary services are provided during the stay (infra-week cleaning, food and/or catering).

The apartment is located in Via Galli Tassi, inside the walls. The area is limited to traffic 24 hours. It is not possible to reach the apartment by car (not even to unload luggage). The closest paid parking from 8 to 20, including holidays, is in Piazzale Verdi (3 minutes on foot from the apartment). Guests can park for free in the area of Via delle Rose and Via Angeloni.
