The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was tidy and prepared with great care. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a perfect stay!

Absolutely everything!!!! Great hotel. Standard rooms are big enough and comfortable. Very clean. Airport is 5 minutes walk. Train station is 10 minutes walk away. City center is about 25 minutes walk. We stayed the day before our flight.

I really loved my visit here because everyone was so kind and friendly - such a good welcome to Italy. The restaurant connected to the hotel has exceptionally good food and is good value too - genius, dedicated chef - all good people

Nice staff and very helpful staff

Extremely clean, the rooms are cleaned every day and the minibar is replenished with still and sparkling water. The staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast was varied and rich.

It's quiet really well equipped. Very nice for kids and family.

Hotel Maria is 3 minutes walk from train terminal at Pisa Centralle

Close to the train station we just stayed for a night. 20 mins simple walk to the tower. Location and room was clean. Value for money. Easy check in arrived late at night and there is no reception but a code was send to us beforehand by message.

location (just few steps from the train station and very close to the Tower), very friendly stuff, possibility to checkout in the morning and keep my suitcase there, amazing breakfast

I liked the location and the air-conditioning, the bathroom was clean and all. It was calm and comfortable.

Clean big family room, next to station, not far from airport. Great after a late flight and ready for onward travel the next day. Couple running the hotel were lovely. Good breakfast, felt safe.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Alessandro Della Spina, the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfortable and since it was on a small street it was also very quiet. They also have a very cute terrace downstairs where you can serve breakfast.

Location was perfect considering you would travel to this place in train and for an international traveler like me with big suitcases. The facilities seemed new and well maintained.

This is an outstanding hotel. It is in an excellent location just 5 minutes from the Arno river. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, well decorated, extremely clean and well appointed as was the bathroom. WiFi was speedy. The breakfast was awesome with a massive choice.

It was super clean and the AC was the best!..also the staff was incredible gentle and the check in and check out was really fast

Location is brilliant. Being able to drive and park in the ZTL (limited traffic zone reserved to residents) is a major plus so once parked you can enjoy the city on foot. The staff is especially welcoming and very helpful which is a rare find in my opinion. I gave a 10/10 on every metric almost entirely because of this. Breakfast is also good and served in a very nice area. The whole hotel looks like a museum! The rooms are roomy, full of history vibes and the room with a view on the Arno river is super nice!

The manager/owner was fantastic. Lead us all the way to the entrance. Credit card was only used for booking and he was totally fine paying following day.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Close the to main points (10 minutes walk from the Tower/ 15 minutes walk from the central station).

Had a very short day here got in late left early, but everything was fine. Appreciate the kettle with coffee in the room. They were very helpful in accommodating a very late check-in.
