It is clean and has enough room for everyone to spread out. The location is perfect, it is tucked into the historic center of town but not too far away, nice when you have to carry luggage for a family of five. It is the perfect place to stay if you want to hike the “Tour of the Vie Cave”. There are plenty of restaurants in less than a minute walk.

RomaniaAmazing property, in a chill area, with an awesome garden full of turtles and two friendly cats that would come by to get some love. At a walking distance to the central train station and close to bus stops, it’s a great choice for spending a few days in Pisa and the surrounding area. The house is big and clean. I appreciated the mosquito spirals, as there were lots of them. Niccolo was very friendly and quick fo answer our questions, and left us a bottle of frizzante and some water bottles to have when we arrive. Thank you for your kindness!

Located in a very quiet neighborhood and very close to the old city, Free parking in the yard. The host is very kind and helpful. Had an absolutely fabulous stay at Emilia Tuscan Stone. The villa (which can be split into two separate self-contained villas- we had both), pool and surroundings are beautiful and had everything we needed. The owners were amazing - nothing was too much trouble and they really helped us out while we were there. They've gone to a lot of trouble to make sure the guest experience is as lovely as possible - and the gorgeous weather and Tuscan surroundings definitely helped too! 10/10 and we would recommend this to anyone.

It is a lovely farm property with multiple villas. Our cottage was right beside the small pond. The pool and games room were right in front of the cottage. It was peaceful and beautiful with vineyard and olive trees. We had a great time. Our dog had a great time running around the area. It is quite remote.

Amazing views, luxurious and spacious. Despite owners next door and another villa on site, it was still very private and not over looked. The villa and gardens were immaculate and everything was to a very high standard. The owners were extremely welcoming and approachable

The host was very friendly and even when we faced some issues, they were resolved in a matter of minutes. The villas are newly built (that is rare in the region) and situated in a walking distance from the beach with incredible scenery. Central location payoff is traffic noise, but you can always close windows and turn on AC.

Fine - there was a massive party near reception when we checked in, which made us nervous, but then we were up on top of the hill with a separate pool shared by the villas. Critically the apartments had aircon as it was 40 degrees hot yikes. Basic but fine, basically.
