It's very special place, with the small private beach, only 10 rooms, each of them having their intimacy and with parking lots. Lovely apartment in Central location. Villasimius is a nice town with lots of shops and restaurants. A shuttle bus goes to the beautiful beaches and the marina. It leaves from across the apartment and is very handy. There is also a bus to and from Cagliari which has a stop near the apartment and the centre of the town is on walking distance. Communication with people who own/manage the apartment is very good. We enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at the villa was truly memorable. Surrounded by countryside and in a quiet area but still close to the town centre, it was the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday. The property is equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need during our stay. We especially loved the outdoor area. The hosts were also incredibly welcoming and helpful. Looking forward to return in the future.

Amazing views from the apartment which is part of a large holiday village. The sunsets were phenomenal.
Lovely little swimming coves nearby. Good selection of food, supermarket, bakery and gelato shop in the village which you can easily walk to.
We loved the outdoor shower.

Nice apartment located about 10-15 mins from center. It could be little tight if you have older children. It has everything you need to feel like home. You will receive detailed instructions about apartment, about Villasimius, restaurants, beaches etc., from the owner, so 👍. If you have car, parking is free on the street or in front of the supermarket which is located just opposite.

Very close to the beach, easy to access, just 5min. walk.Villasimius town 10min. drive.Property was fully occupied with all cutlery, plates and pans enough to make dinner for 8 people.

Wonderful apartment with a lot of space, a beautiful interior and three fully equipped sleeping rooms with separate bathrroms. It´s located perfectly at the entrance of Villasimus so you can reach the Simius beach by feet. Definitely recommended for a group of 3-6 people. Hopefully coming back soon.

We felt at home.
All facilities (and even more) were there starting from home appliances, beach parasols and chairs etc available.
We had spent 6 nights in a hotel in Arbatax and it was nice to experience a different type of accommodation.
The house is very easy to find, in a residential area with plenty of on road parking, close to the centre and many splendid beaches. Several supermarkets nearby too.
The hosts were lovely and very accommodating.
Would strongly recommend and we would definitely think to return when in Villasimius.

My friend and I stayed at this house for 4 nights, and we had a fabulous time. The property is perfectly situated between the beach (5 min. walk) and the town center, Villasimius (10 min. walk). This house has a big yard, where you can park the car; cozy patio, where we had our meals and enjoyed wine in the evenings, and even a small rooftop, from where you can observe parrots and look at the sea. The host, Ernesto, was also extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
