Beautiful house 150 mt away from the beautiful Simius Beach. Are you looking for a place to spend your summer vacation? you have found it! Enjoy the privacy of your own garden, patio, barbecue, private parking and much more. The house is only 150 meters away from the famous Simius Beach in Villasimius: walk to the beach as many times as you want and forget about the car, parking costs and parking spaces. We believe this is one of the best accomodations in the area, and you will love it! The house, independent on three sides has the following spaces : - a large garden complete with outdoor shower, laundry area and barbecue - a spacious veranda furnished with outdoor table and chairs - sun terrace - living room with kitchenette and indoor table with 4 seats, sofa and Led Screen TV - newly renovated bathroom complete with shower - The sleeping area has a double bedroom and two additional spaces each equipped with a single bed and French doors to the courtyard

Neighborhood info

We are located in one of the most renowned locations in Villasimius within a safe neighborhood of only villas, a short walk from Simius beach. The street where we are located is not affected by road or pedestrian traffic, as it is used only by residents to access the houses. Guests can also reach the village of Villasimius on foot with a short walk [1km]. The village is very lively and has all amenities.
