This place is truly extraordinary! Its stunning beauty transports you into a living museum. The expansive space offers every imaginable amenity: a fully equipped kitchen, a charming garden, modern air conditioning and heating systems, a washing machine, and a consistently hot shower. Additionally, it features delightful surprises you might not have expected, such as a pool table, a grand piano, and a swimming pool. The value for money of this place is above and beyond what we expected. Moreover, Augusto is an exceptional host, surpassing all expectations. He is a treasure trove of tips and tailored itineraries, always ready to assist with anything you might need. It’s hard to imagine returning to Tuscany and staying anywhere but at Augusto’s.

The casale was a slice of heaven. Great location, especially if you travel by public transport. 12 minute walk to train station and 5 minute walk from grocery. There beds were very comfortable and the house was a great place to be at the end of a lond day. Very grateful to have spent a few weeks here.

The property worked great for us. We had an adult couple, and then a younger couple with a small baby. The bedrooms were set up at different ends of the hall, along with a bath room for each couple. We used the downstairs kitchen and had dinners outside after baby was asleep. Getting to the coop for groceries was not complicated. The view is spectacular. The pool is very nice and we used it twice. There really isn’t much noise, other than a car here or there, coming down the road. We were very pleased with the property and would highly recommend. During the day we were able to get out and do little day trips. Regrettably, we did not do much in the town of Cortona. I heard there are some good restaurants there.

Fantastic small villa for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Very quiet location in the countryside near Cortona with a view on the mountains. Ideal spot to go and check the central part of Tuscany. Villa has a great pool and garden. House is cosy, but has everything you need.

We rented two of the villas with friends and family and it was just a dream! Lazing by the pool all day, having long table dinners at night, and only a 10 min drive up the hill to Cortona. Lots of local co-ops/shopping markets to buy all the pasta and prosecco you like! This was my third time to Villa Augusto, and I'll be back again.
