Villas in Rome

Everything was so nice and neat! Very clean and the space was comfortable for my husband and I with our 1 year old! Location is walking distance from market and train station that gets you to the main attractions 20mins tops ! We will definitely book again when we return to Rome !

We had a wonderful stay, Emmanuel our host and his wife were so helpful in all our requests! Kitchen had everything we needed for our cooking needs. The home is beautiful and spacious, we had free parking in front of the house which was a plus because we were driving a big van. Location was great, close to where we needed to go to. Close to food market. The home also features a beautiful backyard where you can enjoy fresh air, sunlight and the landscape. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Rome with family!

The villa is in a perfect location within Rome. It is just a few minutes from the nearest metro stop, and it is located just down the street from the circus maximus. The rooftop terrace is a lovely place to hang out and get some sun. The great room is beautifully decorated and the furniture throughout the villa is very comfortable! Vittorio is incredibly responsive and is a very friendly person to deal with.

Central location near the Vatican and within walking distance of the old Roman Forum and shops and restaurants in between. The apartment is perfect for a family, 2 grandparents with son, daughter-iin-law, and teenage granddaughter. And for a small extra charge we were able to accommodate a niece who joined us at the last minute. Top floor, more quiet, balcony overlooking central courtyard.

Loved everything about it. We received a warm welcome from the owner with pizza, pastries and wine. The apartment was in the ideal spot for shopping, trying out new restaurants, and for catching a bus to the city center

Incredible accommodation. My husband and I travel a lot and this place was by far the best. The environment is completely renovated, spacious and cozy. Our bed and pillows were great too, we loved the pillow options. I would like to send a hug to Martina for welcoming us so well, always smiling and in high spirits, she undoubtedly made our trip better by giving us thousands of tips on what to do and where to eat in Rome. Martina, you are a sweetheart. A big hug to the housekeeping team always left our accommodation clean and organized. Thank you very much again and I can't wait to return to Rome. Good location and the property manager was great; provided some really awesome guidance and insights into seeing the city

The apartment is centrally located, within a short walking distance from the Coliseum, the Pantheon, and other major attractions. The place is spacious, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the water heater runs on gas, so there is constantly hot water. The host Eleonora is incredible - warm, friendly, and helpful. I will gladly return to the apartment, given the chance to visit Rome again.

The apartment is well maintained , decorated and feels like home . They welcomed us with yummy fruits and the kitchen is equipped with everything needed to make your coffee tea and breakfast, or even to cook. Bathroom very well equipped. Washing and dryers came very handy as well. All cleaning and detergents are available. Really it feels so much like home that my kids were so comfortable staying in. Excellent communication with Luca who was very responsive by all means he managed to provide a car to airport pick up and drop off. Was very easy to locate the apartment. It is short walking distance to Trevi but not in the middle of noise and crowd. Windows provide good sound isolation.

Loqman was a great host and provided all the information needed to ensure a pleasant stay and a smooth check in and check out. Location of the apartment is great as we were a walking distance from a lot of the main attractions, had a bus stop 2 min away and a supermarket near by.

Everything was like it was in the pictures. Very clean, organized and simple! The beds were comfortable too. The location was also amazing, all of the attractions were very close by. The Colosseo, Panthenon and Fontana di Trevi was all only a short walk away! Same with some really good restaurants and cafés. And even the Vatican was about a 30min walk away. The hoast was very communacative and ready to accomadate you! Overall a very positive experiene!

The location couldn’t be better — right in the center of Rome, just a short walk from all the main attractions, great restaurants, and public transport. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (which is a big plus in Rome!). The host was incredibly friendly and helpful — easy communication and smooth check-in. I really appreciated the local tips and quick responses. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

What a wonderful place to stay in Rome! The Merulana Suite Apartment is set in a historic building located in a very safe area, just a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum. Step outside the building, turn your head to the right, and there it is — an easy stroll away. You also have several bus stops just a couple of minutes’ walk from the apartment, making it very convenient to get around the city. The apartment itself is beautiful. They welcome you with thoughtful touches like snacks, a bottle of wine, and pasta to cook at home. Toiletries are provided in case you forget something, and there’s even a hair dryer and, the best part after long days exploring Rome, a foot massager. OMG, it truly saved us after all that walking!

Very spacious, clean and well equipped apaetment located in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to metro A. Added value is a big garden that's all for you. There are supermakets and restaurants close by. The owner was very helpful and available at any time. Highly recommend!

We had a horrible experience with this host. After waiting 4 hours in the street to check in, every time we called for assistance, he rudely shouted at us and hung up the phone. On multiple occasions, he even threatened to cancel our reservation without offering any refund. We were locked out of the property, and despite claiming he didn’t have a spare key, we were forced to call a blacksmith ourselves and pay an additional 150 euros. His behavior was beyond rude and unprofessional. I will never visit this property again and strongly advise others to avoid it. To make matters worse, I believe all the positive reviews are fake. This place is not worth your time, money, or stress.
