Villas in Florence

House is in a beautiful location and neighborhood you can see pretty much everywhere of Florence. Owner was very friendly and professional with showing us the house and also offered more if we needed to go anywhere. We had a great relaxing time. House had everything you can think about. Gated community security gate and private parking driveway. AC all over the house…and more…..

The house was beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood! It was easy to walk to sights or to get a taxi to things we wanted to see! The house was so quaint and comfortable! The owner was so easy to communicate with!

We had a wonderful time in Florence thanks to the host's helpful indications. The apartment is ample and well equipped, with the host providing everything and anything you could need. The room is really close to the train station, which is an excellent location.

The apartment was extremely spacious - actually 2 connected apartments having a kitchen and dining area each. One apartment had an extremely spacious dining area/kitchen with a couch that worked so well for our group of 10. Having the 2 apartments together was fantastic for our large group. Lots of different sleeping arrangements. The 2 bathrooms were generously sized and worked well. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved having a washer AND dryer. Beautiful views. Located in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants, cafes, shops and easy access walking across the river to major destinations as well as easy access to bus stops.

Fantastic stay. Luigi and Chiara were very welcoming and kind. They took us to the tram station and explained how to use it and get into town. 50m to the tram stop and 12 mins to the Centre of Florence. Super easy.

This place is amazing, Easy access to the tram took us right downtown. Good places to eat in walking distance. They were very nice and would book here again.

The villa was very well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The rooms were incredibly spacious, it felt like living in a museum. The view was breathtaking, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!
