excellent location, safe, clean

Great location with easy access to sites and places to eat.

The apartment clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great and is an easy walk from the train station or into the center of Bologna.The hostess met us to explain a few things about the apartment and provided several great restaurant suggestions. You won't be disappointed with Bologna or this apartment. The bathroom had a reasonable size shower with plenty of water pressure and the kitchen was well equipped.

Great small place centrally located so that you can walk every where. I would recommend to anyone. There's a paid parking 200m away.

Perfect location, spacious (albeit a bit dark) apartement with lots of treats (coffee, beer, pasta) waiting for you. We haven't met Francesca in person, but it was very simple to find and get into the apartement (no lockboxes and such) Good place with 2 little kids, but their room wasn't a 10 for comfort. It also has washing machine, which might be a plus during a longer trip.

Amazing location. We were unlucky with the weather, but it was still amazing and relaxing.

There is parking available within the premises. The parking area is both clean and comfortable. There are numerous clotheslines available for your convenience. Ironing is available. Complete facilities, especially for cooking and washing.

Easy to find, great parking, modern facilities, nice patio, VERY comfy bed and quiet area. Great cafè and pizzeria right around the corner. Owners responded very promptly to messages. Easy 20 minute walk downtown.

A quiet place at an altitude of 1000 m above sea level.

Secure off street parking, lots of detailed information from the host who also helped us with bookings for restaurants and services. clean & comfortable apartment, on a direct bus line to the city & a great cheese & wine bar just up the road.
